Injection MRT

Hello guys, I had an injection in my penis before I got the MRT. I realized again that the erection is like butter and It couldnt go up by itself and It looked like it is not erected, but the MRT worked and the doc said it is good field with blood. But with this erection I couldnt have sex because it was too soft. Is this because of nerve damage?
