  • 19 year old with (possibly) ED

Hello everyone, I'm 19 years old and I can't really get full erections. They're around 75-85% at most. The only times I can get erections that high is while watching porn ONLY when I'm stroking my member. I can never get erection levels higher than 75% by just watching porn without stroking. I also can't get an erection by thinking about things that turn me on.

I can't lie I do have a lot of stress and anxiety and school, but I don't really know if that's the main reason to my "ED" (quotations because I'm not sure if it's actually ED). When I'm watching porn while stroking and stop stroking and look away for 5 seconds, my erection goes from like 75-85% to like 30%.

Not really sure what to do. Pretty sure I have high Testosterone as well (Big adam's apple, balding, ring finger longer than index finger).

I should also add that I have a PMO addiction, and have been masturbating nearly everyday for the past 4-5 years. Currently, I'm on my 7th day no fap streak but it seems like my dick still can't get as hard as I want it to get.

I also wanna jelq to increase my girth size, but I'm not really sure if that's a good idea since I can't get hard. What can I do? I'm really frustrated and annoyed by this.

Quitting porn is #1. Learning how to masturbate correctly is another. You shouldn't need to stroke hard or death grip to get an erection. You're desensitized and it is somewhat common for younger guys being that porn is so available now a days. Jelqing might help with your erection, and so will pelvic floor work (Kegels and reverse kegels). Good luck just cut the porn out and also, cut masturbation down. I don't think nofap is necessary because it is healthy to ejaculate, but its not healthy to be a porn addict or chronic masturbator.

Many don't seem to (or don't want to) connect stress/anxiety and ED. In many studies stress/anxiety are shown to be the top cause of ED. The penis just doesn't do well operating under negative emotions.
