Hi thank you for your post.

I don't think I was addicted to Porn. I haven't viewed porn for 12 weeks now. I've experienced no cravings or any desire to look at it.

I've abstained from PMO entirely in that period. However I have MO once a week and I've found my EQ is still terrible.

I still don't get any morning wood.

You don’t need to be addicted to porn for it to negatively affect you. I quit porn 18 months ago and i am still progressing with better erections and morning wood. Porn does a lot of harm that can take many many ‘many’ months to fully recover from.

Have you tried a flaccid kegel routine?

You never slow down, you never grow old!

I try to avoid the girl looking at it while we are intimate and generally avoid hand jobs because it hurts. Women generally grip the penis with a full hand expecting it to be a normal sized penis. But I get no satisfaction that way and it feels like the skin is being ripped. When I PMO(I've quit), I've always used my fingers not hand due to the length & girth of penis.
Some how I think some of the guys have missed this one, what is your penis size flaccid and erect then?

In adults, the condition refers to any penis smaller than 2.8 inches in length.

Having a micro-penis can cause several problems, including difficulty urinating and having sexual intercourse.
Fertility can also be affected. Some people with Micropenis have a low sperm count which results in infertility or decreased fertility.

The condition can also have a major impact psychologically. Many men with the condition have very low self-esteem and some even suffer from depression.

How close is this to you then?

Hey bro. Sorry about the troubles you've faced, sounds pretty shitty. But things can get better in the future, you have plenty of mature years ahead of you to experience plenty once you figure out what's up, and how to fix it.

Just a curiosity-based question, as PE and low EQ is sometimes caused by this. How would you say your pelvic floor (kegel muscles) usually feel? Do they feel quite relaxed, or rather tensed most of the time? Do you find you have to consciously relax them?
Hi! Good luck on your PE journey :)
