  • Inconsistent EQ and libido??

    Howdy

    For a long while now I've been experiencing EQ issues. Primarily substandard hardness and struggling to maintain without constant stimulation. When me and my GF have sex I'm usually around the 7-8 mark but its has been less. I also have a tendency to lose it pretty quick if I'm not being stimulated. I also find that my refractory period is a very long time, last week I attempted to bang for the second time in a day around 3-4 hours after the first and I got about 60% hard and lost wood during the act. I'm 27 now and I remember when I was 20/21 I'd be banging 4 times a night. Another thing I notice is that I almost never get morning wood anymore which I miss dearly.

    From what I've read porn can be a killer, I guess I may have developed a porn addiction without even realising it so I'm going to be completely removing this from life! I'm in the first week of JP90 and will probably include some edging??

    I've been reading about kegals too but I'm unsure what and when to add, in regards to having a PF imbalance and kegal/RK ratios. Can any one help clarify the direction to go in?

    If you're associating performance with anxiety you're going to likely experience issues. Have you attempted to A) relax during the prospect of sexual activity, and B) left your penis alone when you're not using it? Could there be outside factors contributing to the problem- like stress, a declined level of fitness, poor diet, medications, etc.?

      I've not really considered relaxing during the prospect of sexual activity actually. I'm not aware whether or not its causing me stress. I never seem to dwell on the issues in the build up to sex and foreplay for the most part. More so afterwards I frequently am aware that my dick could have been harder. In regards to B, what exactly do you mean by this? Less masturbation?

      I can't think of any external contributors either. I'm physically fit, train several times a week and by diet is on point. No meds either.

        Worth a blood test on hormone levels you want the numbers do not settle for being told "normal".

          A standard symptom of those concerned enough about performance to think about it outside of training is to "test" the penis' EQ- sometimes to the point of exhaustion. Eliminating all frivolous masturbation would be a good idea.

            Eliminating any frivolous act is definitely on the agenda , I don't intend to masturbate unless its edging.

            Scheduled a blood test today for two weeks time. I've been curious about my testosterone level for some time (also with respect to athletic performance), I agree that being told you're normal is bollocks a lot of the time. The 'normal' range is stupidly broad. Two 'normal' people can be at opposite ends.
