This is my first post here as I have just recently made an account to address this problem I'm having. I started PE 2 months ago and I have been doing the JP90 beginners routine and I have made great progress. I went from 6.5EL x 5 E.G. To 7.5EL x 5.3EG. I was amazed by these gains especially the girth gains because my penis was starting feel nice and thick in my hands (because I have really big hands). But what I began to notice was that when I would get fully erect my penis wasn't rock hard, it was hard enough for penetration but it just felt like it could be way harder because when I get fully erect, kegel, and squeeze the base of my dick it gets very hard, thick, and veiny. But for some reason I could not get there without doing that and I began to get scared that I have ED, because I'm an 18 year old athlete (football), I eat pretty healthy, I'm not overweight I'm skinny, and I workout a lot. I don't know what's wrong I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be. It just feels like my dick is not reaching its full potential when erect. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.

No I haven't done an actual kegel and reverse kegel routine, however for the past 2 weeks I have been just doing random sets of kegels (around 10 to 15 probably 3 times a day so it probably had no effect) throughout the day, and I've always had to do kegels when I jelq or I feel like there's not enough pressure for me to actually make any gains and if I stop kegeling my erection slowly goes down. I recently started looking into my problem and I read that it is bad to just do kegels (tight muscle or something about the pelvic floor), I just found out what reverse keels were a couple days ago, so I started doing some, and today I tried to do edging without kegeling and not looking at anything, no porn nothing just using my imagination. Throughout this time I tried to see if doing reverse kegels would make a difference and it didn't, not sure if I'm doing the, right or what. It took a long time for me to go from flaccid to barely 50% erection, so I ended up looking at some porn to try and help and I would say I couldn't get past 75% erection, my penis had no hardness to it whatsoever. I also thought I'd add that it's even harder for get a 90% to 95% (while kegeling) erection and maintain it when laying on my back, when I stop kegeling it's is not hard at all. Will doing kegels help fix all this? Because I'm Honestly worried, I'm a virgin, mainly because I'm a shy dude, and I'm already having problems like this that are now making me worry if I'll even be able to perform when I do get a chance.
