  • 21 year old, trouble mantaining erection/low sensitivity penis

Hi, I'm 21 years old and up until now(girlfriend), I've never been very sexually active (last girlfriend was 2 years ago, and due to having phimosis, which im in the process of fixing i dont actively pursue sex) I've always been able to get an erection, and it lasts generally a good amount of time, however, while having sex with my girlfriend, I'm never able to sustain that erection for very long, nor do I get much of a sensation when having sex either. The other day was the first time I've orgasmed in a very long time, I do not watch porn nor do I masturbate. I feel like this trouble might be more due to psychologically anxiety(since im not very active, i dont feel like i am anxious, but alot of the time during sex I am thinking "I hope it stays up a lot longer this time" type of thoughts), but I'm not sure and don't know what to do. I've started trying kegal excercises and will continue doing that, is there anything else that would help?

I have had a hormone test done before(month or two ago for possible anxiety) and they said everything looks normal, but I can ask for another, what numbers would I be asking for? Thank you

Hi From what your saying its more like a performance anxiety problem, your minds getting in the way of your real sex life, I may pay you to get into meditation, if you google meditation for anxiety for help but for real help find a local group to teach your the art of meditation, get that working for you it may help with your erections.

But try getting into a nice warm room with your women naked and some wine to help relax you both and have lots of for play followed by sex and do that as often as you can, but get to enjoy it stop thinking and just do it, your overthinking is your real problem.

How often do you masturbate, try doing some edging, you can read about how to up above its under the header banner, its training your penis.

            Hi Nowhard,
I will look into some meditation techniques, would something like vipasanna meditation help?

During the foreplay, I'm generally hard, up until we start and I am inside her, so I do agree that I'm overthinking way too much about it!

I don't masturbate at all. Having phimosis, never had any pleasure from it and therefore never gave it a second chance, though now my phimosis isn't as much of a problem, I find it a bit easier to masturbate(though without much pleasure), should I give it another try?

Sorry where can I find the edging section?

Thank you so much for your response and will update with any positive or negative changes!

              Never ever accept "normal" .

Just get the numbers for the hormone test you have done particularly total testosterone .
