  • ED and Cialis

    Hello -

    First post

    Two questions

    1. Can I cut my 20mg Cialis in half? If so what can I expect
    2. Seriously, I just paid $65.00 per pill for 4 pills. Where can I get this cheaper?
    3. Once you start taking medicine does it means you alwys will?

    Background

I am a 58 year old divorced male who up to 3 weeks ago did not seem to have any ED issues. I am dating a 50 year old currently seperated (living in seperate rooms) but she still lives at home until May 2018 (When her twins graduate from school). I have known her for 25 years and have always been friends. We have been seeing each other for 12 months.

It is difficult for us to get together as she and her soon to be X are staying together for the bext four months.

When we are together latley I have been under time restraints as we have limited time together. I am under pressure to get hard quickly and be ready immediatley, the past two weeks have been unsuccessful. That an other issues have made the situation worse.

I cannot wait for these next few months to go by, we have fallen for each other, we have been friends for over 25 years. I am also lucky because she may be the prettiest woman over 50 on this planet.

So I saw the Dr for an unrelated issue and was prescribe 20mg Cilias. I am going to try it today for the first time. But wanted to know if I can cut it in half? Where can I get it cheaper? Will I always need this stuff.

    Welcome to the Gym.

If you haven’t already done so, it would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tip

Jelqing has helped a lot of guys improve their erection quality.
It is always recommended to pick one of the beginners routines and continue with It for 90 days. Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft.

You have already detected the root cause of your ED. Time restraints is a major killer of erections. You need to find a time and place withou stress or time constraints and without pressure to perform.

You can cut your Cialis with a pill cutter from your local pharmacy which I recommend if you insist on using it. Best to start low for test purposes, especially if you have not encountered much ED previously. However, taking cialis can become a crutch which you can become dependent on. Some insurance will cover limited amounts.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors

The stresss on a middle age guy the situation presents is negative to getting an erection. So I suspect the "ed" issue does not really exist . Ciailis is very addictive.

You definitely got screwed on price as I’ve seen pharmaceutical tadalafil at below $25 for eight tabs never mind four!

I don't think a single urologist would agree. Also I think if a doctor prescribes someone cialis laymen shouldn't say it's addictive. But again any medication that is not prescription free should come from a doctor.

Go back to your doctor with your concerns, including the price concern and ask about a cheaper pharmacy to get them at or a cheaper variant/package per pill.

I take prescription cialis. I don’t have any of the side effects that viagra gives me. I find for best results I take 20 mg at least 8 hours before. This also conpletely eliminates any PE and ‘sometimes’ the effects have lasted for 4/5 days.
If possible i will even take the cialis 24 hours before. For me much better results than just 1 hour before.

I actually never heard that before. In my case I see the effect in 45 minutes and then only lasts in the system for about 36 hours like it suggests on the instructions. Maybe people that use it regularly would be better off just taking 5mg every day so there's always some in your system.

Try to find a doctor that has a relationship with a compounding pharmacy in your area. You can usually get compounding meds for pennies on the dollar and they are every bit as safe and effective as big pharma products. Also you can ask your primary care provider about generics. My primary care provider is through Kaiser and I convinced my doc to prescribe revatio which is slidenafil citrate. Revatio is designed to treat pulmonary hypertension but is the same thing that is in VIAGRA. The pills are twenty mg each. I get 40 of them for about twenty bucks. I think that is even too much for a boner pill that should be outdated by this time. But anyway still beats the heck out of paying almost 85 dollars for one single 100 mg pill. Just as effective just as safe! Don't support those big pharma assholes.

8 hours may be excessive but it's common knowledge that for some guys 2-4 hours ahead of time is optimal, along with taking it on an empty stomach. I agree with the 5 to 7.5 mg a day when needed as opposed to 20 mg every few days days. The half life for a 58 year old is about 20 hours so if you are taking it daily you should reduce the dosage after the first or second day Splitting is hard but poses no problem.
                      Good Luck
