  • Arousal or tight pelvic floor muscles

As some of you may know I have HOCD (I hope) in which I have ocd about being gay. I grew up masturbating about women but when ED hit me age 19 , I worried being gay was the cause age 25. Im 35 now and still have ED and still worry about being gay. Its horrible. I havent had 1 100% erection in over 11 years. I was diagnosed with venous leak.

Anyway when I see men now I feel anxious and get a strange feeling in my groin. I dont know if its arousal or tension. It feels like my perineum swells or inflates a little and feels taught. But no blood flows to my penis and if I start to masturbate it takes ages to get it to 70% hard.

Is this arousal or subconscious clenching of the pelvic floor due to anxiety when I see a good looking male?? For the record I have never been with a guy nor want to and never kissed a guy nor want to.

I have slept with 4 women although with 70% erection hardness.

I have almost forgotten what proper arousal feels like tbh. I havent felt right since 2001 and cant get it up fully masturbating with thoughts or porn.

I had a blood test taken last week and hope to have the results today or tomorrow regarding testosterone,

You are not gay...either one is or one isn't.one can be bisexual but you are not that too otherwise you would have known...
When I had my penis Injury one and a half month ago and my penis went dead, I also started having these thought which didn't scare me though but thoughts like these came to my mind..seeing men in underwear ads made me think like "will I get a hard on if I fantasize this man" etc etc..but those were only because I had lost my erection..
It's all in your head..you are not gay or bi..if you are worried then don't...
