  • Smoothies for ED

I've been experimenting with smoothies after watching some Youtube videos on the subject and I gotta say they work. Ingredients like pomegranate, watermelon, bananas, beets and spinach are helping me. Usually when I take supplements such as citrulline, butea superb and others they stop working after a month or so. I wanna see how long these effects will last while using food as the source.

Smoothies still doin me good. If you have a high speed blender give this a try:

    1/2 cup %100 pomegranate juice
    1/2 cup frozen Strawberries
    1/2 Banana
    1/2 cup Greek plain yogurt
    1/2 cup packed Baby Spinach

My usual smoothie is 1 handful baby spinach, 1/4 avocado, handful frozen blueberries or mango, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup water, and 2 tsp. soaked fenugreek seeds. Although, I use mine as a snack more than anything else.

My favorite is ice, fresh pineapple, coconut water, plain greek yogurt, fresh ginger, cinnamon, and a pinch of cayenne powder. Sometimes I throw in a large handful of spinach or power greens.

I was doing a "juice" using beets once. My wife nearly rushed me to emergency as she thought I was pissing blood... LOL

Did she have another scare when you had a bowel movement a day or two later? haha (the red really comes through there too)
