  • pelvic floor exercises to treat erectile dysfunction?

Hi, I suffer from moderate-severe erectile dysfunction that's resistant to oral medication. Other sexual problems in addition to that main one include premature ejaculation, hard flaccid, and lack of sensitivity. My libido however is great. I always want to have sex but don't have a penis that will function for me. I'm not even exaggerating when I say this ruined my life. I do have some psychological issues but the erections weren't caused by the depression and anxiety. The depression and anxiety were caused from erectile dysfunction!

I've been desperately trying to fix this for years. I remember having trouble getting a hard enough erection to masturbate when I was as young as 16. I think it's a venous leak which can be hard to treat.

People always talk about pelvic floor problems? What exactly does this mean? I was doing kegal exercises as one of the many things I tried to do to treat this which didn't help at all. Now I'm reading that these potentially make it worse but then I came across reverse kegals, but don't understand exactly what to do. It's complicated. I think a penile implant which would likely be expensive, hard to get, and risky, is my only option at this point.

And yes testosterone was normal and I'm not watching porn anymore.

Reverse kegels should be implemented with regular kegels to prevent PF dysfunction. For your situation I would suggest seeing a Urologist and discuss with him venous leaks and penile implants. Anxiety is a huge erection killer btw.

      Post hormone test results.

What do the medical people say?

How is your flexibility and general health ?

What drugs do you use ? What exercise do you take.

Hang on a bit you are the guys whose age and general story keeps changing and posts multi thread asking the same questions with different back stories.

I don't use any drugs other than pills used to treat the ED like Viagra. My flexibility and general health is otherwise good. I go to the gym and lift weights regularly actually. The doctors are mostly apathetic and not interested in doing much more than prescribing the pills. I guess there really isn't much more they can do other than surgery which understandably both the patient and the doctors are hesitant to do.

Um... No... Everything has been consistent, show some proof of this. Why would I lie about having erectile dysfunction and asking for information about treating it?

The world is full of guys laying down BS .
Lets start with changes to your age a year ago you were 20y now you are 25Y .

Claims you couldn't get a testosterone test make no sense whatever yet that is what you claimed previous . Then this thread you say your test is "good" . Yada yada .

Here is what you said a day ago

I suffer from erectile dysfunction. It's not a temporary thing that only happens on off days. I've had for as long as I can remember, even as a teenager and I'm still only 25. It's resistant to oral medication.

I got some great news. It worked! My order of the generic tadalafil arrived from that Indian pharmacy, and it works like a charm! A 20mg tablet from them works just as good as the 20mg tablet of Cialis but instead of paying over $50 I paid 98cents! I will never have to worry about getting an erection or the cost of the treatment ever again when I have an opportunity to have sex. For so long I thought it was too good to be true but it's not. This is incredible for me.

I was so relieved when I wrote that. I thought it was finally over.... but then one day they didn't work as well and another time using it they didn't work at all, so I guess my body developed a tolerance to them or maybe it was a bad batch. That's what I was referring to actually when I said I feel I've become resistant to medication.

And about the testosterone test. I wrote in a previous thread that I hadn't yet gotten one but then this January a couple months ago I got that test and was given that 639 number I told you about. Again, why are you attacking me? Find the quote where I say I'm 20 because there isn't one since I joined this forum last year when I was 24 and am 25 now.

Anyway, has anyone had improvements in their sexual function from doing any kind of pelvic floor exercise? It seems to good to be true, but if you have it would be helpful to explain your techniques in a way a novice can understand.

Kegels help a lot mate. I have had the same problem for years. Cialis (probably the same Idian company) did not work for me either. When the muscles to keep an erection are not developed enough, even Cialis will not help. Give it a month of 100-200 daily kegels and you will see dramatic results. After this month you can start worrying about reverse kegels.

                    Read the thread:
