Must share my story with kegels and reverse.
From some month ago, started doing kegels after a long months stop, that time was doing reverse kegels. Noticed in this month period that doing kegels effected my lasting time in bed to like average level from high level, despite it is still good but not crazily high like before.
When stopped kegels from a week ago, just doing reverse kegels am gradually getting back to my high level of lasting time..
Did any of you guys experienced such thing or know the reason for that?
