  • Reverse kegels better

    Must share my story with kegels and reverse.

    From some month ago, started doing kegels after a long months stop, that time was doing reverse kegels. Noticed in this month period that doing kegels effected my lasting time in bed to like average level from high level, despite it is still good but not crazily high like before.

    When stopped kegels from a week ago, just doing reverse kegels am gradually getting back to my high level of lasting time..

    Did any of you guys experienced such thing or know the reason for that?

        That's a useful link dude.

        Like said before, doing reverse kegels and am back to my normal state with long lasting sex.

        As an only exception, doing kegels in morning on erection, never on flaccid again.

        The link says, no ejaculation more than 3 times a week. Does that mean, ejaculating during having sex more than 3 times a week is not recommended? Or just if ejaculating during masturbation not advised?

          Both. Constant ejaculation drains your body, that's why some recommend to ejaculate every 3 days only.

            The idea is to do both kegels and reverse kegels to maintain pelvic floor balance. I made the mistake of absuing kegels when I first discovered them, and it made my already tight pelvic floor even tighter resulting in negative symptoms. So I just did reverse kegels to counteract this and now it's a bit too relaxed. Do them both in tandem on a ratio you feel is neccesary.

              I already feel my pelvic floor is tight enough, so doing reverse kegels had helped relax it, and when tried kegels again, got negative effect as said before..So sticking to reverse.

              Although, you're right about BALANCING

                When I overdid kegels it made my prematurely ejaculte horribly. Luckily it doesn’t take long for me to correct this.
