Issues with maintaining and EQ? 29 years old

    Background and history for me: 29 years old, been in good shape, and eat a wholesome diet for most of the time. No drinking or smoking ever, even in the past. Not many processed foods and lifted weights consistently the past 10 years+ (barbell and dumbbells). I teach strength training at a professional level and know it's not fluff I'm doing either - squats, rows, pull ups, presses, etc. in various rep ranges. I started tracking calories the past month to be more accountable as well.

    I know a lot of guys suffered in their teens because they used a death grip and relied heavily on porn trying to ejaculate as fast as possible. I was the opposite and edged a lot when I masturbated. I would masturbate maybe once a day. Sometimes twice, but 3 was rare and every week was about 5 sessions. I don't find sex absolutely mind blowing for my penis (I'm uncircumcised), but I do enjoy making sure my partner feels satisfied.

    With work the past few years, I watch porn maybe once every 2 months and masturbate one to three times a month.

    My only guess is I need better sleep habits. I get around 6 hours a night, but waking up early (4:30-5:00AM) has never been good for me since I started this job 5 years ago.

    I have an appointment with a urologist next week. Should I rely on them to understand my issues? Originally the appointment was for something else and was thinking to cancel it.

    I have a guess as what might be the underlying issue, but I'd like to hear advice from other members.

    tl;dr - Not sure why erections are infrequent and subpar. Suggestions?

    Try alpha Oil I used it regular and I've notice abit of change in stiffness
