    Help me!!!

    My erection has weaken and soften because of excessive masturbation and I want to stop bu i cant seem to stop.Do you guys have advice on how to stop masturbating and watching porn? and eventhough my erection is soft now,how do I make it hard again?

    WILL POWER.
    Ive almost completely stopped watching porn all together and the benifits are starting to show, you just have to have self control, delete your stash of porn and focuse on using your imagination for masterbation.

    Try edging for thoughs rock hard errections and look into some supplements for circulation suck as ginger, omega 3, ginko biloba ans other stuff, just do some research and you'll find tons of stuff.

    Its all about will power man, you gotta kick the bad habits and have self control.

      I am not sure how you should stop masturbating, you could try replacing that with some sort of activity. So if you ever feel like masturbating, go for a run. If you still feel like it, lift weight, etc. Regarding your soft erection, you already answered your own question; stop with the excessive masturbation and it will return back to normal very soon.

        If you don't want your erections to weaken then you need to cut down on masturbation.How often do you masturbate? Keep it between 2-3 times a week .... Like boxer mentioned you need strong will power.Just think of the benefits of not masturbating too often. 110% rock hard EQ.

              Pyro - you need to stop masturbating at that frequency.

              I am currently 6 days into the 10 Day Challenge for non physical ED sufferers (no jerking off or PORN for 10 days). It has opened my eyes to how unnecessary & damaging excessive masturbation can be. Not only has the challenge given me back my EQ, but it has also made me come out of a plateau.

              Challenge yourself to do 10 days, you CAN do it.

                  EQ is back up to 9/10 with little stimulation Eric - I knew it would because I have felt the powerful effect of a masturbation ban before.

                  I haven't measured yet, but I can feel a girth gain with my hands (harder to try & close grip) - unless my hands have grown!!

                  I will obviously masturbate again - but from now on, I am going to be very conscious of frequency & intensity.

                    Are you sure that low EQ has to do with masturbation? I mean, at 3 times a day it probably is, but I wouldn't think 1 time a day would hurt it. That is, assuming you're not having sex on top of it.

                    I'm not masturbating but I do get off every night (I'm still a fairly new married guy so this will probably go down) but I haven't noticed a drop in EQ unless my PE routine on my PE days is too close to sex. On non-PE days my EQ is better than its ever been, seriously.

                    So while I am sure masturbation (at that frequency) does play a role, I'm not convinced its the only factor.

                    Whats your diet and workout routine like? Also, I'm assuming you're young (sorry if I am wrong) but one other thing you should be aware of for low EQ is alcohol. If you're young and drinking a lot...I'm willing to bet money thats messing up you EQ too.

                    My point is that its probably a lot of factors that only you can really analyze. But to put it in perspective...right now my diet, workout, and drinking is in order and really strict. I'm getting off once a day too, but its not hurting my EQ. So maybe you have a lot of things going on?

                      I've been where you are Pyro. Happened to me during a bad stretch when I was about 28/29. On "good" days, it was only 3 times a day. But on "bad" days, it was more like 5 times a day. I wouldn't even have anything left in the tank and I did it anyway - and we are talking EVERY DAY for about a month this went on.

                      Just how Just how much porn are you looking at? How much time are you devoting to it? You can easily lose track of time as you go from site to site and several hours will pass before you know it. The fact that you are here at this site, coupled with your stated problem, tells me that you most likely got here while viewing other porn sites, correct?

                      Bottom line is you gotta lay of the porn. I had to learn to engage myself in other things so that I wasn't to fit in any time to masturbate. It wasn't easy and took a while but I was able to get through it. I've never had an episode like that again. I view porn only occasionally now (occasionally as in maybe a couple hours total over a two week stretch) and I am very mindful of it when I do. Even coming to this site you gotta stay focused cause your mind can wander from some of the things you will see and read here and you'll find yourself back at those sites again.

                      If you have a stash on a drive somewhere, delete it. Don't think about it - just trash it. If you have a dedicated drive of nothing but porn, reformat the sucker ASAP. The more you stay away from it, the easier it will become to control the urge. In time you will learn to manage it.

                        No i dont drink alcohol and my diet is fine. I think its just that lately I have been sleeping late and to tired. My EQ is really low now. i hope this isnt ED?

                          Maybe its low testosterone? I'm not sure how old you are, but that can lower EQ and make you really tired. I don't take any right now, but in the past I took tribulus terrestris supplements. They are supposed to help with test levels and I always had a little bit more energy on them.

                          Maybe you're actually lowering your Test levels with excessive masturbation?
