    Not sure if this is the right section to post this in but considering I've been struggling with some type of ED for the past 5 months i thought I'd start here.

    Been having some physiological as well as psychological ED lately, a mixture of both. Within the last 2 weeks ive started taking 5mg cialis a day to try and see if I can get any sign of an erection, i think its been working because i wake up with morning wood now but my EQ is shit. No better than 50% at any given time. Trying to have sex with the gf is a chore, If i can get erect enough for penetration im only at half mass and its noticeably not enjoyable for her.

    I havent masturbated in over 5 months, i dont watch porn. Try and kegal daily. I take L arginine and now with it 5mg cialis daily, as well as horny goat weed and yohimbe to try and gain some sex drive back.

    When i first started PE a year ago, my EQ was through the roof, 100% erection every time, i felt like i was going to bust through my own skin. That was just going through the JP 90 routine.

    My current routine is just vac hanging since im really looking for length, but im considering throwing some light jelqus in to see if I can get a better EQ. Its just very depressing since ive started dating a new girl, shes realizing im having an issue and she hasnt even had the opportunity to enjoy my full potential in terms of sex. Im lucky if i can even get hard enough to try. Anyway, any ideas would be appreciated. Also ideas on how to gain the sex drive back, i can't tell if its low because of some physiological issue or because I shut myself down to prevent failure. Thanks fellas.

    How about doing nothing, no pe, for a couple of weeks.

      Because you didn't state this, I'm going to ask - What's your age? How is your diet? How much sleep do you get per night? Those are the big three that affect almost everything in your body.

      If all those are good, then what's your work/life stress? And lastly get a testosterone test done as you could have low T.

      09 / 2019: BPEL 7.625" / NBPEL 6.625" / MEG 5" / BPFSL 8.125"

      Realistic Goals:
      BPEL 8" / NBPEL 7.0" / MEG 5.25"

          Im 27, diet is clean i spend 6 days a week in the gym, competative bodybuilding. Sleep on average 6 hours. My work/school/ life stress is through the roof though lol. That could very well be a contributing factor im sure

            I've been having these issues for about 5 months now, i took 2 full months off PE just to rest and see if that was the issue. In that time i ended up losing some flaccid length and just felt small again overall. Im just starting back up with light hanging and light pumping to gain some blood flow since daily erections are absent

              I wrote this yesterday and last night i did end up getting a decent enough erection to have sex. I also took 10mg of cialis which may have helped. I think another reason may be, my new gf is dead ass silent during sex, no emotion whatsoever, not even heaving breathing ,which is something im not use to. It makes me feel like my performance and size is not up to her standards. Overall boring sex, so getting past that mental barrier somehow should help the issue i believe. I think all or at least most men enjoy feeling "powerful" so to speak during sex. Without that feeling its a bit of a turn off, for me at least.

                I think you have a pelvic floor dysfonction. Try some kegel and reverse kegek and hindi squat

                  Competitive bodybuilding hmm tell us about your roid use that will affect hormones and thus penis.
