I need to ask why would salad or bread eating result to water retention loss and that result in ED. Why is that?

I can cure it. Go drink a couple glasses of water each day and to lose weight eat less and exercise more. Losing water weight is not losing weight.The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

Really, losing water weight sounds very silly, unless you have some excessive edema in your body. Still that would need to be treated by doctors and not at home by trying to dehydrate yourself (that doesn't cure it). Drinking insufficient amounts of liquids in long term can cause irreversible damage to your kidneys, etc..01.Dec13 BPEL 6.22 MEG 5.1

i ate persimon that caused water loss and that caused ED and shrinkage
