They say you can tell if you are dehydrated by the color of your pee. Darker yellow means your urine is very concentrated. A lighter urine means you are well hydrated. Water retention is something that I have only experienced when working on hot summer days. I will lose 5 pounds of water weight on any given day. That is weighing myself in the morning and then weighing myself at the end of the day. Once i rehydrate, that loss goes away. So, to your question, each day is different based on you level of activity.

Doubt water weight is the cause of ED. Look elsewhere at your daily activities and post back what you find. Hydrated or not, you will still perform the same. Must be something else happening.
see my all conditions were same in a whole month i saw water loss through peeing when i started this fruit after eating it i felt as if i was melting from chest area belly area and later on i was having pee sessions
if you dont understand this i should go to a doctor
It seems that there are many benefits to eating this berry (not a fruit). While I can't direct link, you can copy paste fora complete list of benefits of consumption. Erectile Dysfunction was not mentioned as a side effect however. Add www. to the beginning of this address.
There's just no way eating a persimmon could cause these problems. There's gotta be something else going on and I think obesity has a lot to do with it.

Water retention depends on medication, supplementation, food, sleep, mood and individuality.
The best way to lose it is aerobic and diet and drinking plenty of water and quit medication if any.
