Found a treatment that does work but the side effect is unbearable

Not taking those. I've had this type of ache a handful of times through recent years. Noted- always ache on an upper tooth, towards rear of mouth.

Have you recognized a pattern about what could be causing it or at least what triggers it ?

Mine clearly started when I started taking vizarsin, it is like having extreme blood flow in my superior labial artery when the compound is active (as a side effect), that make the whole row of my upper teeth hurt horrible, but my dick is relentlessly hard in the meantime from it . I really dislike the side effects of pde5i's .
So I get it acutely for an hour or so from vizarsin and I get it for days or a whole week if I take krill oil and turmeric combined for at least a week.

Hey Cusp, I think you were right. I've done some digging on the internet and it is most likely a prolapsing infected right Maxillary sinus that is pushing the nerves of the molars. I was not fully aware of where the sinuses are exactly.
For other readers, the third time the dietary supplements and the pain did not show any connection .

Hi Dangler, yes I think you and Cusp were right about this. Most likely my infected Maxillary sinus is filled with stuff and is pressing my molar's nerves.
Sorry, I was not fully aware of the placement of the sinuses.

I know it's not a dental focused forum, but it really seemed that the supplements that give me good boners also mess with my molars / Maxi sinus .
It is most likely not the case, this time I stopped taking the supplements a week ago and the pain still persists . (right now I take antibiotics )

Here is one more follow up, just for future readers if anyone ends up a miserable situation like this .
I do think either one or the combination of the following
Vizarsin
krill oil
turmeric
can mess with sinuses in some way:
I have not been to an EMT doctor yet, not sure if my sinus got enlarged temporarily or permanently .
I've been in pain for weeks, the problem was not infection or inflammation of the sinus but I had fluid stuck in there that was pushing the nerves at my upper right molars .
The solution was ridiculously simple, since that sinus does not drain on its own or by gravity, I just looked down, pressed on the opposite nostril and flushed my sinus BOOM , the torturing pain was gone immediately .

Absolutely interesting post. This made me rethink something about my issue.

I can`t get 100% erection when lying down. Though, I have a bike since 2018 and somewhat my issues started to get like this somewhere around that year to. Could it be coincidence ? Could it be an issue caused by bike ? If so, why isn't it a popular issue, that cycling can cause erection problems ? Opinion guys ?

I actually do wonder why is it only a few people affected by PF and EQ / ED problems caused by cycling . I think cycling aka pressurizing your pelvic floor and beating it up on a bumpy road with a saddle neutering you is the perfect recipe for erectile dysfunction .
