There’s many ways this can happen. Scarring in the veins or damaging capillaries can affect the ability to retain the blood while scarring of the tubes on either side leads to lack of blood flow. This is caused partly by collagen build up as scar tissue. Repeated trauma can cause a condition known as peyroni disease.
It can come in many forms. Mostly it starts with just a curve. Sometimes, like in my case it can cause ED and a bottle neck condition where only the base inflates. If that’s the case it’s very difficult to fix and usually requires (according to a few urologists who specialize in this type of condition) an implant to be able to have an erection.
Mostly it doesn’t come with ED but sometimes it does.

The “wait and see” method is not the best when treating peyroni and scar tissue in the penis.
This position is a position used by many physical therapists and chiropractors for re-aligning the pelvis, for people with anterior/posterior/lateral tilts. This stretch can pretty much instantly re-align your pelvis which at the same time will take pressure away from your pelvic floor.
This will promote much better circulation.
It won't keep your pelvis in that position, for that to happen you would need to do this stretch often to re-train the muscles and also find out why your pelvis is out of alignment in the first place.
what you will probably find is that one side of your body is tighter than the other (maybe you keep a wallet in a certain back pocket)
with the tighter side of your body if you walked for a day with a shoe wedge you probably would find that would also give you better erections as you have removed that extra pressure from the PF.
This is why i tell people on here often that to fix ed/pe issues it is a whole body issue.
Things to check with your issue
Sitting posture (use sitz bones)
walking gait (do your shoes wear down on one side)
At 50 I do not get 100% outside of woman induced "get ready"
I'd recommend carbon dating to ensure you don't have an old unit. "Research WebMD - Penis calibration and dating tests" This can normally be done by appointment at either a family doctor or general practitioner. They will also want you to lie on your back and pull your knees up, so it is good you have practiced beforehand.

So here`s the problem,
I`ve had lots of issues since 2017 when I first joined this site. It all happened after a few months of consuming vitamin E alpha tocotrienol/tocopherol derivates and also after jelqing/squeezing my penis extremely hard one night after reading on the internet about "penis exercises".
The next day I was unable to hold a proper erection and after trying to masturbate for hours, I prematurely ejaculated.
This hell lasted 1 year and a half. After this, recently, in summer, I was able to obtain full erection and my premature ejaculation was gone.

I cannot go completely hard by myself. When I start masturbating in lying position, the penis will go like.. to 95% hardness but the other 5% will not take power. Why ? Hell I tried everything to attack / approach this problem on all possible sides and I have come to find some flaws.

Regarding health status : I eat healthy fresh, no drinking, no smoking, sport often, my hormone levels are all perfect up and in range. Tested them like 5 times this year, yes, testosterone is high and hormones are ok.
