        Dude, can you reply with more details? Tell the story of how you injured yourself? How long were you doing the exercises for? What's your exact routine? What do you use to warm up? Were your jelqing with a full erection?

        Is your flaccid skinnier, shorter? Do you feel a loss of sensation in the glans or the shaft, or both? Do you see your dick change color? Is it darker? Is there any pain?

          OP, the forum experts will need more details to ascertain the most likely root cause of the issue.

          For me, I know if/when I train to hard I have an issue getting erections for training purposes and my erections for sex/sexual activity are somewhat weaker.

            I have had this situation countless times, weak erections after pe sessions. Now I do not know the full details of your routine, but here is what I have to suggest, many people who have a strict routines that they stick to forget to take breaks. The breaks you take should be according to how long it takes for your body to repair and grow. I know for many people the break period is 1-2 days but for me personally it is atleast 3 days. JP90 is a great CONDITIONING program, but please don't ever push yourself too far and risk your safety. Also I have noticed that doing bed fowfers after PE sessions speed up the healing process and prevents turtling. For many people, It IS common to not have full erections after continuous PE sessions.
