  • Lemongrass oil for tense pelvic floor

Some time during the last two months I was having problems with my back and I came up with an idea for a muscle relaxing compound .
I tried it on my back, around my spine and it worked then I tried it on my pelvic floor and that worked too.
Here is a rough recipe to make your own :
    6% Lemongrass essential oil
    3% Lemon essential oil
    3% Lavender essential oil
    3% Rosemary essential oil
    85% solvent
which could be just off the shelf baby oil, massage oil, try to get the most skin friendly and the one with the least perfume and artificial ingredients in it

The lemongrass oil is the most important part, if you don't want to bother getting the rest of the ingredients , just experiment with lemongrass and lemon oil first.

Don't put these onto your skin undiluted, 15% to 20% solution is quiet a right one, you can go lower or higher .

Do not swallow essential oils, my chiropractor told me to put lemon oil in my tea, I told him no, it's very harmful.

Essential oils are very concentrated, strong materials, they can do a lot of harm if consumed orally.

Try to be careful when applying it, you can get a stimulated sensation from it, if you apply too much or goes to the wrong places, it can get very unpleasant.
Don't let it get into your anus or seep into your testicles through skin. I noticed I get a sore feeling in my testicles if I'm not careful, only apply it over the skin of your muscles.

I do feel change in my pelvic floor, much better sensation, I need to kegel way less, recently not at all to get and keep up a full erection.
One side of my pelvic floor was tense all the time, it was literally bulging out in the middle on the right side, now both sides feel equally soft and relaxed.

I've tried all the kegel, reverse kegel routines, hindi squats and I even signed up for a pelvic floor training program, but at least to me, none of those helped .

I need to add that mindfulness is also key, stress does cause PF problems and constant kegeling, overtoned PF muscles cause a lot of problems. Keep looking out for it.

I'm not sure yet if this is a cure or just a treatment, I've been using this solution for about a few weeks now, sometimes once a day, just as much to get that stimulated sensation, other times only on every second day.
