I don't think I have issues by my EQ fades quickly when laying on my back. I think it has do do with blood flow redirect. Kinda like how walking on your heels can help get rid of an awkward boner.

Well I do have the same thing I think ? on my back/standing erection drops.

If I bend knees, even for 5 seconds, I get a cucumber steel painful boner that points to the wall above, there must be an explanation of this. And I was not like this before .
