  • No morning or spontaneous erections

What's the cause of this , I had a penile fracture a few years ago and obviosly this is why I no longer get morning or spontaneous erections although what exactly in the body/ brain causes this to be it is something to do with the nerves and or neurons?

This is my assement at this given time period and what would be a good way to go about curing this? I have some ideas although I am interested in hearing from others regarding this issue.

I had an aka "penile fracture" even if there's no bone in there. The onset of Cialis promotes tissue recovery, but it gradually weans the more you use it. Also inhumaine amounts of bed riddenance aka isolation to the penis causes ultimately healing of the damaged tissue. Also there is a thing called microsurgery what some urologists can do.

To answer your question it affects your brain and your body. When everything down there is 100% you feel a better overall vitality with all the nerves connected together. It's more enjoyable when it works, just one thing less you have to worry about.

In my situation I went 2 steps forward and 5 steps back. My lacerations in my tunica albuginea healed 100% but it only lasted about a day. Too much ballsing around. Probably needed a grace period of staying still. I'm gonna pick up some Cialis because it's not that bad right now.

Usually I sleep in due to no wood equals depression. And I usually piss the bed. Some other conditions can be overlooked but damage to the penis is delicate. It's a precious piece of machinery that most won't ever want surgery on. I humbly hope you get to the root of this. Humans are very nomadic. It is hard to live sedintarily. I hope you get a handle on this.
