  • Pied or Pelvic floor issue?

Basically its hard for me to get an erection without touching the penis a lot. Then with time it gets bigger and bigger and gets hard and its fine. It used to be ok but I don't remember exactly when this changed. Not long ago I would do repeat kegel instead of touching to achieve one. I also remember that I used to kegel a lot from young without even knowing what it was. I get morning wood on most days but never random erections during the day. I also have PE with like 30sec and involuntary kegels. Would it be possible that the pelvic floor imbalance makes it harder to achieve (not keep) an erection? I looked into Hindi squats and RK and started them (day 2) also some IC exercises (still trying to figure it out) since some people wrote that its very important in achieving an erection. Any opinions?

Could be a lot of things or a combination .
Pelvic floor seems implicated and some stretches are healthy in the general sense anyway .
I would get a hormone test and post the numbers here .

I don't know if is PIED because many people with PIED lost their morning woods. If you have too much involuntary kegels probably your bc muscle is tense, and reverse kegels can help.
