    Hey guys, I'm 20 years old and i can't maintain or even sometimes get an erection. Recently i started dating this girl, and since day 1 the moment she touches me my erection goes from 90-100% to 50-60%. Which makes me think it's a mental issue. During oral or intercourse i struggle to maintain hard erections. It's been 2 years since I've dated and I fear that something happened between now and then. Recently when masturbating i cant get it to 100% like i used to. Back when i was doing PE a year and a half ago i used to get erections so hard it would hurt. Now i can't maintain an erection for longer than 30 seconds without constant stimulation. I get morning wood every other day, but its gone within a 30 seconds of waking up. If i masturbate and do manage to get 100% erection I lose it within 30 seconds once i stop stimulation. The internet has scared me with "venous leakage" but i try not to stress out of Webmd. This has all brought havoc on my mental. I'm stressed everyday about letting my girlfriend down or that this will never go away. I don't have very good insurance and can't tell if i should go to the doctor or not. If anyone has any guidance it would be much appreciated. I would like to get back into PE and reclaim my gains but this is my top priority right now. (Side Note I currently do a kegal routine daily)

    Any porn use?
    If you stop doing PE your EQ can may decrease. Make sure you are doing reverse kegels with your kegel routine. For your edu:

      If you're 20, good health, no medical issues than like most young guys you put so much pressure on yourself to perform that you can't perform. Something wrong with you young guys. You kind of forget how to be young. I would bet it's all stress that you put on yourself.
      How do you get rid of the stress? Here's an idea. Tonight about 8 go outside, climb on the hood of your car and either bark like a dog then howl at the moon. What does that actually mean? Go out and do something crazy fun and don't give a shit. Go to a bar, have a few beers, laugh with your friends and ask the ugliest girl at the bar for a kiss. You got nothing to lose. Just be young. If you're getting a bj then close your eyes and enjoy it instead of thinking. You did it to yourself now go undo it. If it don't work the first time do it again and again and sooner or later you'll get it right. You young guys are killing me.

              Most likely stress but I would get a hormone panel and post the numbers here .

                Morning wood several times a week, erection quality drops as she touches you, you are afraid of letting her down, you put a lot of thought on it (googling worst case scenarios, stressing about permanent damage).

                You don't need a doctor neither a hormone test. It's in your head.

                If you have any erections at all (in your case morning wood checks out) you don't have vascular, structural, neurological etc. issues. Morning wood is also good sign of hormonal health so no reason to test that either. Actual venous leak is rare.

                So what is different in the situations where you can get erection and where you can't? Morning wood is one of the best signs for sexual health and really narrows down the possible issues.

                Girl present (performance pressure),
                Porn absent (are you relying on it too much to achieve erection),
                Pelvic floor gets tighter during the day?

                If you can masturbate with good erection without porn, it's the performance pressure.

                  As you know, ED is physical, mental (“performance anxiety”) or both. You have performance anxiety. It can be fixed. Do your research. There are lots of options for this condition. Stay positive.
