I've discovered a recent issue in where i can't maintain a strong 100% erection for longer than 10-15 seconds. I also have had premature ejaculation for as long as i can remember but i have been doing lots of rk's that may have also lowered my libido drastically. I've heard isolating and exercising the IC muscle is quite good for helping to maintain that erection but could i get someone's view on this? Also how could i increase my libido once again? I am physically active, go to the gym often and eat healthy for the most part so i don't believe it is due to low T.
