So I wanted to post an update because I know there are others that are just as frustrated as I once was. I literally thought my penis was permanently damaged from the bathmate/etc. and wouldn't ever be the same.
Here's my update:
I have an immense imbalance in my pelvic floor from years of PE. It wasn't that I was doing PE incorrectly, I just simply wasn't cognoscente of the state of my pelvic floor while doing PE. You guys need to be doing PE in a very relaxed state, and make sure you're mindful of clenching your ass/kegeling without realizing. A good tip for tension in general is to loosen your ass/take your tongue off the roof of your mouth (stress, usually).
Basically what happened here is that I was extremely tense when using the bathmate in the shower. I was kegeling without even realizing it (from getting the bathmate on/moving around in the shower). I have now since been doing belly breathes combined with deep dumbbell squats at the gym and I am happy to say everything is getting back to normal. I have my size back, and I've even noticed I've been a bit more energized/horny throughout the day.
