  • Recent issues... where to start??

I’m in my late 30s. Over the last month my Erectile hasn’t been strong enough for penetration.

I eat health, workout 5 times a week, drink beer on the weekends 2-4 drinks, I don’t view pornography.

I went for a check up recently and my vitamin D is super low and testosterone is at 494.
I’ve been more tired and stressed from work recently.
I do have erections in the morning and sometimes they aren’t very strong
I’ve started taking vitamin D3. I’m not sure where to start or what to search.
    I’m looking for help.

    Thanks.

    Hey Pnwcruiser!

    Welcome to the Gym

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Many guys have improved their erection quality by jelqing. It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Total T of 495 is actually within the average range.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors

      to the forums !

      Start with eliminating these:
"more tired and stressed from work"

They contribute to less than ideal Erection Quality, and when that happens,
you can start developing Performance Anxiety.

Others will post their thoughts, you might explore around, see what may peak your curiosity.

So low d wil lower your testosterone . Your test is presently marginal and could certainly affect libido however in and of itself should not be a sole cause ed . What were the other hormones ?

It is certainly a good idea to take d .
