Does heat effect erectile quality?

I feel like often times when it's very hot, I'm unable to achieve max erections and my balls are not as tight either, meaning they sag. Anyone else notice issues like this?

normal heat increase the amount of the blood in the penis ..
very hot wont be good or comfortable it may hurt ..
so what is ur point ?

It happens to me sometime. I don't think it is something to be worried about. I take some pills from Canadian Pharmacy from time to time though, and they are really helpful and working, I have to say. Have a look there too, maybe you will find those helpful to you, good luck!
