ED, Viagra, and L-Arginine

So. Four days in. Severe ED, 20 years on Viagra, 58 years old, and two years of issues. By issues I mean, even with Viagra, 140 mgs I lose my erection cums and goes during sex. I used to greet her with a rock hard cock, now, she has to suck me to get me there for insertion. Sucks.

so. Four days ago I started using L-Arginine along with the Viagra. Hard most of the time, had nocturnal erection for the first time in awhile, even with Viagra.

Sofar so good I guess.

I take those supplements also.
I don’t have a OMG result with it, but also suppose to help BP too.
I actually use GNS ArginMax. It has L-Arginine and other vitamins, ginseng, minerals.
I am sure it doesn’t hurt at all.
There is an article in the ED forum on the 5-Gs. It’s worth a look.

How much arginine are you taking?

I keep a stash of Hammer Stroke pills. You can get a 5 pack for about $15 and they last a few days for me once taken. That's usually my "go to" for a new girl or a threesome hehehe. Gotta make a really good first impression right??

Also, don't get a penile implant. If you respond to Viagra even intermittently, no doctor would ever do it anyway. So. I’ve developed Shingles, sucks. Apparently L-Arginine can cause an outbreak. So I’ve discontinued currently and only include before sex and Viagra. Ugh. It’s too bad,I told our family doc about it. That L-Arginine had really helped my erection quality with Viagra. He seemed surprised.

Shingles pain subsiding, thank God was able to get a good nights sleep. So much so I took 500 mgs of L-Arginine about an hour before I took Viagra. Rock hard sex, never went limp on me where I had to stroke it to firm up. I’ve been using my Phallosan again for the past month or so daily. I had 100% EQ and I’ll be damned if it didn’t look bigger. I didn’t measure and probably won’t for awhile but it would be great to gain another “Newbie” inch on top of the inch plus I made a few years ago. With that extra inch it would get me from 5.25 BPEL to 7.75 BPEL.
