    Hello guys

    so i am doing occasionally bathmate sessions 2-3 per week and sometimes instead of a bathmate routine i do the some jelqs and squeezes which i enjoy.

    I Can get 100% erection but the quality of the erection is not good , it's not so hard and unmovable like it was before if that makes sence.

    I Also noticed that when flaccid and sometimes when not 100% erection i get a curve at the middle of the penis pointing downwards .

    Anybody else got same issue with bathmate or generally ?

    Forgot to mention that i also do occasionally kegels and reverse kegels.

    Thanks for the help guys i am now looking to make steady routine and measure the gains

        Poor EQ = tired ding dong. Take rest till EQ returns and reevaluate your PE routine.

        How many rest days do you have per week?

          The thing is i do ocassionally training not following a steady routine,so i rest a lot maybe a week or more without training ,do i need mor e? Funny thing is i can achieve 100% erection but not that unmovable hard ding dong ,maybe more rest is needed i guess ?

            How long do you pump for? How many jelqs and squeezes?

              I do 3 sessions of 3-4 min pumping not 100% pumping because i saw it works better and it will not eventually dodark spot at my glans (been there) as when i did 90 - 100% pumping and straight 8-10 min session.

              I Don't count the overall jelqs and squeezes i do...but few.

              Yes it should logical to keep a progress log just like what i do with weight training/ hypertrophy training ,i guess i need progressive overload here also.

              Need to find a workout combined with bathmate and stick with it,jelq free maybe by Big Al and Bathmate ?

              For sure i need some recovery first though i guess...

                I'm in a very similar situation. I've had very minor improvements in close to a year, just waiting for it to fix itself, testing stuff for a few days max and resting, without pumping. Like you, I was extremely hard before, every partner mentioned it ("like wood", "steel"...). Now it's spongy, I can actually press on my glans and change it's shape. There are a few people like you and I, I suspect we have some physiological/genetic variations that makes our dicks full but spongy after pumping, or that other people have bad to trash EQ from the start and don't see a difference. For example, jelqing always decreased my EQ. We could have created damage, leaks, fluid, too much room between "CCs" and tunica...

                I will finally see an uro in some time, but given the feedback by people in similar situations, it's not always very helpful. From what I've seen, here's what's very promising. Sorry if I'm very verbose, trying to give as much information to people in similar cases :

                - Citrulline Malate. I've only tested a few scoops, I will run an experiment with 3-6 g a day for a month with pycnogenol, and maybe grapeseed extract (helps with venous leak, but very similar to pycnogenol) starting next week most likely. I've found two studies where citrulline or pycnogenol + L-arginine increased EQ moderately to a lot in people with ED. This increases L-arginine and NO comparably to better than taking L-arginine. L-arginine also heals wounds, vessels. Also, L -arginine increase growth hormone level at rest (for a short time), whereas citrulline doesn't, and even if it's barely noticeable, I would rather not. In theory this could be all that is needed. I've found at least one guy on ************* claiming than L-arginine + ginseng cured his soft glans, which is not so far from us.

                -Kegels, good volume. Not sure about reverse. Some people cure soft glans with it. There is talk of pelvic floor relaxation, but I think I had a very very tense, tight pelvic floor in the past, with frequent involuntary front kegels and I had a steel dick.

                -Increase blood flow. Aerobic exercise could help, exercises that target the glutes like squats, sumo deadlifts, hip thrust, glute bridges... I thought about using gentle blood flow restriction ("occlusion training") around the knees to increase flow to the penis as well.

                -Maybe applying heat.

                -Possibly CC , smooth muscles exercises. I'm not too hot on this yet, as I feel like this could aggravate the damage. But I will try squeezes, like the one in Big Al jelq free routine, maybe a bit of stretching, and maybe a bit of edging in an adjustable cock ring if citrulline improves the situation. Other people claim to have found stretches or different exercises for the smooth muscle, not sure how efficient they are.

                -ED drugs. A minority of people claim it cured them in the long run ; in theory it should at least decrease sponginess while it's active. I've yet to try, but this would probably work very well, and I'm confident this would improve the situation if everything else fails.

                -Heavier treatment, such as prp shot, stem cells...

                  Mine has only gotten harder from using the BM. It was hard as wood before, now its hard as steel. Only explanation i see is that u misused the pump
