    So this is for all you "help me guys" guys. There is a constant dynamic to things, if the Peter doesn't work take Viagra, if the dick is sore go to physio. But I want to touch on this last one: I believe wholeheartedly that boosting your own testosterone heals things.

    So male physio, psychotherapist, urologist prescribing pills BUT on our own time: boosting our own testosterone levels. We all know a good endocrinologist is a hard thing to find BUT I didn't believe it when I was told there are 100 ways to boost your own tee.

    During first month of covid, I stayed inside trying to heal on my own. All I got was a cough and a no cure . The next few weeks rather the last 2 weeks: I've been doing some minor implications. I walk 4 to 5 miles a day don't smoke, can't lift weights yet (gyms are closed) but I've been taking multivitamins and drinking lots of fresh juice.

    These minor few things has boosted my t.
    Like I said I was skeptical about doing 100 things for high tee, but pick a few and try them in covid. I was told if I boosted my tea I wouldn't have so many problems like Ed hf cpps. And boy so far it's working. All day everyday no slacking off! Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself. Thank you to jay1983 and Pegasus for the advice and I see my psych doc end of May, uro beginning of June.

    That means I still have one more month to reverse the damage by following my routine.

    I am not healed but the grey skies are manageable, I want you to wrap this around your mind that you can boost your t too. Good luck and God bless.

      Yep one of the best things for test increase is just sleep more and control stress.

          Well I had to use the can today. Hard work, I was in some pain after. It aggravated my injury. But I hopped back on my back and got back on it. I took a walk for one mile, and I guess the force of the damage opened up a tiny scratch in my tunica on the left side. But it's all about crisis management and staying positive. No point in being down especially in covid. We're already having it nice and quiet, anxieties down I look at it as something to do while time is passing

            So the weirdest thing happened to me, I naired my dick and balls with Nair body wash. I kept the cream on for 7 to 10 minutes. Now I'm no liar here, so I got my privates completely hairless. Holy shit!!... I went to the physiotherapist and she said " your pelvic floor is much better, don't come back because it's a waste of your time and money" so all those accolades by just shaving my balls?

            I think what it is Is that it let's it breath more down there with oxygen, making it easier to get healthy erections and better healing, instead of Tufts of hair. Also when you apply the cream make sure you have to piss first just in case any goes in your urethra ouch.

            This was a pleasant surprise, so I went for a car ride, and the left side cracked again (mini laceration) and it hurt after. So of course I adjusted. Today I refused to drive. I went everywhere on foot walking over 6 miles today. My pelvic floor is getting better and I'm almost ready to hit the hay. The only thing that holds me back is phobia. Ed is real, and the thoughts of it coming back might be bad and nervous.

            Example: I watched a boxing match for one hour standing up, I was too scared to sit down perhaps in my head again that I would lose the gains. So I might have overdid the whole no sitting thing, but tomorrow is another day. One day at a time. Just no car rides for now. Just natural walking.

            So oxygen, walking, nairs for men, having good hygiene and good diet has "sped up this anomally' I can get full erections now. May peace be with you.
