Do I wait until my EQ gets better to continue? Or do I push through and hope that through jelqing it will start to improve. My dick is bigger, but erections are softer and lost without stimulation.

Does jelqing make you harder?
I feel like jelqing has made my erections worse. It’s like I have a big dick now, but it’s squishy when it’s hard and erections are weak and lost easily. I thought this was supposed to increase EQ. If I keep doing it, carefully of course, will my erections improve? Or do I take the opposite route and go full rest and quit PE.
I’ve done everything to improve my EQ. I’m in perfect health, great shape, tried supplements, literally everything. I just recently tries getting back into jelqing after a few years off with bad EQ in hopes it would help, but I think i just made it worse. Do I just need to push through and keep exercising it?

Exact same thing happened after I pumped. So you are not alone. I'm pretty confident we can find a solution, working on it myself. And if everything fails as of today, there are very promising treatment for both EQ and PE that should be available in the near future.
I don't know if this is related to vessels/blood flow injuries or distending, growing the tunica, creating to much space between it and the inside of the penis (this would be curable with exercises then).
You mentioned supplements, have you tried pelvic floor stretches + Citrulline (1-1.5g+ a day at least for more than 1 month; if you don't have low blood pressure) + more kegels and possibly reverse kegels + getting a lot of blood to the area (aerobic, barbell squats, sumo deadlifts, possibly hip thrusts...) ? There are legitimate studies showing that kegel help a lot for your typical ED , and so does Citrulline. Also found one about extenders, but not sure.
