Penis doesn't raise to horizontal (or at all), thinking pelvic floor issue

I recently got trimix to help with my ED and noticed that my penis will fill with blood but it stays down the whole time, it doesn't get horizontal. I'm thinking because of this it doesnt pinch off the outflowing vein like a normal erection would do. WHen I was younger my penis would get horizontal, does this sound like a pelvic floor problem?

Could be or it could be the ligament . Have you had a bad injury ?

No injury at all, just worsened over time. I thought it was PIED because I noticed I had issues getting hard but i've been off porn for over a year and after trying trimix I see that I can get hard but my dick stays pointing to the ground so i cant get hard enough for penetration. going to try a ring next time, but now im thinking i have a tight and weak floor which wasnt letting enough blood in, just wondering what other people think.
I also do get perineal pain when im stressed which ive read tight pelvic floor people can have

Are you rock hard? Perhaps it was to low a dosage. Consult your doctor.
