    Let us talk about penile sensitivity
    Anybody found a method to increase
    I am down to about 0-5% now no matter what I do, which porn Im watching or who Im with
    I have normal T levels, in good health but yes I abused porn all my life. Nowadays I legit only watch porn every 3 weeks or so to test if I can feel something and it doesnt work. Really good erections.
    Things I have tried
    Horny Goat Weed with Yohimbe - works sometimes, what holds me back is yohimbe over time will give anxiety
    Maca - tastes too bad for me to take it for 4 weeks straight, yes even the pill has a taste
    Man 1 oil (cream) - does not work
    Celery - definitely works sometimes if I eat a very large amount
    Kegels - works if I do a whole lot every single day
    For celery and kegels, it isnt sustained
    Long periods of nofap - works but then I flatline fast
    Cialis - makes me numb as hell
    Viagra - makes me numb if it ever does work

    Age? Are you circumcised? History of prone masturbation? Deathgrip?

    Usually time heals, if old habits/methods are stopped.

    Normal T levels aren't always technically normal. Got numbers?

      Last time I checked it was in the high 400s. Definitely could be better. Yes history of years of severe death grip, but even when I stop it might spike but then goes back. Unless its a very long term healing process, like months of not masturbating.

      Im just wondering if anyone had success with a direct treatment, like a cream, medication, supplement, shockwave, prp, etc etc

      Also any overall approaches are very much welcomed

          My experience of death grip is it is a long process to overcome .
          Nofap I am very unimpressed with .

          Quit porn and masturbate as much as you like with a feather grip .

          Use natural methods to increase your testosterone.

                What helped me with a similar experience was 1) changing masturbation habits (as discussed above), and 2) regularly stretching my pelvic floor.

                Based on your history, I would be surprised if your pelvic floor isn't overly tight. A hypertonic pelvic floor can stifle sensation and blood flow, among other things.

                I have been using the stretches in this video, and added the hindi squat to my routine, which I usually do twice per day:

                I found stretching to have a noticeable impact rather quickly, but I also quit porn, and I focused on lightening my grip and avoiding excessive kegeling when I whack it.

                  Perform the "reverse" Stop and Starts to decrease your time to the PONR. The Reverse Stop and Starts is performed using an extremely light grip and attempt to ejaculate as quickly as possible. That should help to reset your sensory threshold.

                  Caution- it won't take many of these sessions to reset your sensory threshold!

                      I wish there was more to it, but it's essentially the "reverse" of how most edging exercises are performed.
