  • How To Cure ED Naturally And Permanently [The Only Way]

    Hi guys! When I struggled with ED, I read all the posts in this forum + in all the other ED forums that were around. I absorbed everything as I was desperate for a solution. I imagine some of you guys have done the same thing as well.

    I have found a solution to my ED, I will get to that in a little..

    But I first wanted to say, I am shocked now (after understanding more about ED) about the advice that many people give in these forums, as well as in FB groups.

    I have read crazy threads about herbal remedies, exotic foods, penis exercises, etc. And I just hope not everyone is as crazy as I was, because I followed every single advice I could find. I tried everything.

    And unfortunately, most of the advice was dead ends.

    I was 26 when I first started struggling with ED, and after this I spent several years trying, experimenting, failing and trying again - to find a way to overcome my ED.

    Had I only known what I know now, I think I could have fixed my ED in a matter of days, or perhaps a few weeks.

    So guys, I am not going to make this post excessively long, but I want to help those of you who struggle with ED and who are serious and keen to find a permanent and natural solution.

    I solved my ED by changing my lifestyle. That’s it.

    And I am fairly certain that more than 95% of you guys that struggle with ED, have this problem as a result of your unhealthy lifestyle.

    Today we have diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, overweight, depression, cancers, erectile dysfunction and many other diseases - that are ALL predominantly lifestyle diseases. Meaning they happen because of a poor lifestyle.

    So what is the solution?

    Get your body (and mind) back in balance.

    It’s that easy.

    And if you only want one tip that can make the biggest impact:

    If I were you, I would stop all masturbation, porn and sexual activity for 30 days. Chances are your sexual functions come back to life.

    There are also several ‘nofap’ forums you can read if you want to learn more about this.

    But what lifestyle changes did I make?

    Here is what I have done and what I still do:

    • Stopped all masturbation and porn
    • Made my diet super healthy
    • Exercise for 2 hours a day
    • Stress down completely (even quit my job)
    • Try my best to sleep at least 7 hours a day
    • Get sunshine almost every day (moved to a sunnier place)
    • Try to keep a mental balance
    • Do kegel exercises


    Guys - it works. You don’t need a secret pill or a penis massage. You probably just need to get back to basics.

    It has worked for me, and it has also worked for lots of other men out there.

    It’s the only way to naturally and permanently overcome ED. And it has no side-effect. None.

    And not only are you likely to improve your sexual abilities, you will also most likely be healthier, and happier.

      Good advice for guys without physiological issues; however, guys suffering with diabetes, venous leak, and other chronic disorders, which I am sure are represented by Significantly more than 5%, require medical Assistance (including PE exercises) and, to a lesser extent, help from supplements.

          Hi not2big! I appreciate your reply, but just wanted to clarify a few things..

          By the way, before I clarify, I wanted to say that I am not a doctor or medical person. I am just a regular guy that have spent more than 10 years of my life to try to figure out my body. And basically obsessed about my health.

          Diabetes: This is to a very large extent a lifestyle disease, type 1 as well as type 2. Yes, some people are more genetically disposed than others, but this genetic effect is almost washed out completely if you were to live a super healthy life. In fact, in certain remote societies where people live super healthy, diabetes is basically non-existent. A doctor called M. Greger has written a great book called 'How Not To Die' which I would recommend for anyone interested in this and similar lifestyle diseases. Therefore, by changing one's lifestyle to become super healthy, one can in theory overcome both diabetes and ED at the same time. They often have the same cause. This is supported by several research studies.

          Venous Leak: What is venous leak? It is basically just blood flowing into the penis, but the penis being unable to retain the blood. And therefore, one gets erections that fade very quickly. Why does this happen? It's complex, but it is often related to inadequate production of testosterone and or nitric oxide. How do you get your testosterone and nitric oxide production back up? Normally by getting your body back in balance. which you do by living super healthy. Meaning, by living super healthy, chances are you can also overcome venous leak.

          Supplements: Herbal and other supplements can be of great help to function sexually. In fact, I have experimented with several supplements, and I have found some that work amazingly well. Particularly when I combine up to 4 different ones, I get effects that are on par with pharmaceutical drugs. Actually, I have written extensive reports on some of my favorite supplements, but I don't want to include a link here as I believe it is not accepted. However, although supplements can help you, they are not the long-term solution. It's similar to taking a pharmaceutical drug. It may help you get it up and hence have sex. But the next time you want to have sex, you have to take it again. And so on and so on for the rest of your life. Therefore, they only offer temporary relief, no sustainable solution.

          So I am still of the opinion that medical assistance, drugs, doctors, etc. is often not necessary, nor helpful. I believe in a healthy lifestyle to live well. Let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food

          DISCLAIMER: Needless to say, should anyone suffer from a life-threatening or very serious condition, for which the only known remedy is a drug, surgery or similar, I am all for this.

            No fap is good only for injured penis. If you do no fap often = lesss erections = your penis will get weaker and weaker. You need to HAVE often erections even by masturbation / exercise

              I agree with this post 100%!

              Mental and lifestyle play a huuuuge role in EQ and ED, I think most people should talk about this first before jumping to conclusions.

                Dear Davis - with all due respect, I disagree with you.

                If you leave your penis alone, my firm opinion (pun intended) is that your penis will not get weaker.

                You do not (in my opinion) need to masturbate nor exercise in order to have a penis in good shape.

                If you look at the animal kingdom, do other species masturbate or do penis exercises?

                You may find a handful of special that masturbate, or have recreational sex, but this is very uncommon. The species that do not masturbate / exercise their penises still have no problems reproducing. Hence, masturbating / exercising is not necessary in order to have a well functioning penis.

                On the contrary, I am of the very firm belief that the more you masturbate and the more you touch your penis, the weaker your erections will be.

                The more you stimulate, the less sensitive you get to stimulation. Hence, by leaving your penis to itself and by stopping masturbating / exercising completely, the stronger your sensations are likely to be and the firmer your erections are likely to be.

                The only maintenance you need, is your nocturnal erections. These serve to keep your penis in shape.

                    We are all entitled to our own opinion on this site I hope.

                    I do believe penis exercises can increase the size of a man's penis.

                    But I do not believe penis exercises nor masturbation is good in order function well sexually. I think that both exercises and masturbation makes it more likely for a man to struggle with both low libido and ED.

                    Maybe there was a confusion about the word 'weak'. Exercises might make the penis stronger in the sense that there is more tissue in the penis (bigger penis). But I say weaker in the sense that these activities will probably make it more difficult to function sexually.

                    The reason is that (particularly masturbation) makes a man produce large amounts of dopamine. When a man masturbates excessively, the dopamine receptors in the brain struggle to process all the dopamine. So they get overloaded, then weak, and if the dopamine continues, they can die.

                    As these receptors die and / or become weaker, it becomes more and more difficult to get and maintain erections.

                    And it becomes more difficult to function sexually with a real woman (or man).

                    Hope this clears any confusion

                      I agree that porn messes with your dopamine but I don't see how proper PE can weaken your erection.

                      In your argument you sort of assume that porn and PE go hand in hand. In this case your point would sort of make sense - you get a bigger dick but you can't use it fully since porn can overstimulate and thus you get lower EQ with real life women, even tho your dick is bigger etc...

                      That can still happen if you don't PE tho so I don't see how PE does anything BUT HELP, no matter if you watch porn or not.

                      Also, not everyone here watches porn and I don't see a lot of people arguing against the negative effects of overendulging.

                      If you exercise correctly, PE can bring you amazing EQ and size benefits without side effects.

                      I do believe excessive masturbation (even with no porn) can shrink your dick a bit - I call it "pencil mode" and don't really need much evidence to prove it. Just go ahead and jerk off hard 4-5 times in 1 day and see how your dick looks/feels.

                      All end all, PE is great, porn not so great. You can have 1 without the other.

                        Any evidence that receptor death happens ? Particularly without porn.

                        Porn is a problem many guys onsite have . As stated by another poster masturbation does not require porn . Quite frankly masturbating "too much" without porn is difficult to accomplish . I see no evidence for your assertions .

                        Sure if you ejaculate repeatedly you can not keep ejaculating and need time to recharge; so what this does not make the penis weaker in any real sense . Does going to the gym make you weaker ? No you just need to recover from your workout before you display peak strength again.

                          So It seems we have agreement at least on one point : That if a person masturbates and watches porn excessively, this will probably make it more difficult to get erections and, particularly so when with a real woman (or man).

                          There is a medical term for this called PIED = porn induced erectile dysfunction.

                          I am of the belief that masturbating without porn also has the same effect. I understand that some of you disagree with this.

                          And I particularly believe this is that case if you have an orgasm when you masturbate. This drains energy and can deplete you of sexual desire / ability.

                          When it comes to penis exercises, I do of course see the difference. And I do believe that if these exercises are done properly, that they could make your penis larger and stronger.

                          So point taken.

                          However, here are the 2 points I want to make:

                          1) Your penis probably don't need to be exercised in order to function (get erections).

                          2) In my experience, and in my practice of helping men overcome ED, one of the most helpful actions is to stop any kind of touching, masturbation and sexual activity - leaving it completely alone for some time. This enables most men to regain sensitivity, and has proven important in enabling men to again get erections. When men have regained the ability to get erections, then the next step is to start having sex again.

                          Guys - I know I am preaching against the choir here - I am on a forum for penis exercises. But for those of you who struggle with ED, I am of the firm opinion that leaving it completely alone, and just using it for sex, is beneficial in order to get and maintain strong erections.
