Hi, here is my problem: I have since 5 years ED problems. I dont have a good erection also when i masturbate. Before 5 years i had also ED problems when having sex and masturbation and decided to stop looking at porn. After three weeks i saw that my erections got very hard. I was so amazed that i didnt have the problem that i tested my erection many times in the day without porn and without stroking just by thoughts or just by chatting with a female . I was laying on bed and got an erection than let it subside it and after some seconds i got the other and so on. I ejaculated at the end of the day. I did it in a timespan of 4 or 5 days for sure not the whole day. on the last day i rememberd that the erection was so hard that i felt a little pain when masturbating but i think it was because the erection was extremly hard. then after one day i started to feel a pain in my balls and the erection was very weak and the ejaculation just dribbled. After that day i have erections but never got such strong erections. I tried like not watching porn for 2 months but still masturbating it didnt help. I tried not masturbating for 16 days, and i cant find a stronger erection than normally. Can it be that i damaged something with this many erections.i hope somebody has an idea... thanks
