  • Penile/PF Injury - advice appreciated

    Hi

Im 25 and tried using a foreskin restoration device by attaching it with a strap to the bottom of my radiator for half an hour a day for a week and it basically ended up pulling on the penis I assume similar to stretching performed in PE. It did not hurt when I did it, and I stopped, and had no symptoms for two days but two days later I got hit with a huge surpise - complete flaccid deformity, hourglassing when urinating, thinner and longer flaccid, erectile dynsfuntion wierd shapes, very strange things. I shat myself naturally and have been to two uroligists since who say I am fine. This happened 3.5 months ago.

It has improved to a degree, but there is still a clear injury or weakness at the very base which is sore to touch and means the penis doesnt have its normal strength. I have had lower back pain and dribbling and urination issues also so I realised this is likely a pf issue, and i am currently treating it as such. However, I think this injury at the base may be an actual injury, but I dont know how to know. Does anyone have any advice? I dont know how long it could heal or whether it will at all if it is an injury or whether it is purely related to the pf weakness. I find it strange that it is still very sensitive to touch and it seems to trigger nerve pain in the pf floor when touched. a pf physio told me two of my pf muscles were 20 percent as strong as they should have been. My erections are fine now but are thinner a bit and have strange shapes and hinging when returning to flaccid.

I am guessing this is muscular related given it initially came about 2 days after stopping the stretching. I am trying my best to get on with this but urologists dont seem to be much help.

Help is much appreciated, best wishes

I'm not trying to spam but if more resources are needed 3 things, wait for Pegasus or big Al or hanstwilight or dangler, 2 talk to Mr Romero Md who helps us onsite! 3) for more inputs check out the private FB group called erectile dysfunction in young males. Or/and maybe some members can help you. Remember though the FB one is for Ed not hf.

No there was no trauma or cracking and no symptoms until two days after I had stopped. Symptoms first came visible afyer a run and I had hourglass shape when urinating

My bulboapongiosus muscle was seriously inflamed or sore but seems to be going away now. The perineum area behind the testes or that area

Thanks for replying both. Yes I am seeing one but not an expert in male pf. I am being treated for cpps now basically by doing kegels and also using the innovo shorts for the past 3 days. I will be using these for the next 3 months. They seem pretty good for anyone looking to repair the pf but will wait and see. The injury at the base just has not gone away, it's like a tower with a unstable base when flaccid. But when fully erect it is fine. But going from soft to erect it has no strength. I could feel a little nodule there when it initially happened but it is so ssensitive I try not to touch it. Could be due to the pf muscles not supporting the penis properly as it starts to hang as that's where it is.

Note that once I started the kegels two weeks ago, my back pain went straight away. Urination dribbling and frequency still there and penile symptoms still there but blood flow slightly improved and less tension
