  • Lower Back Injury starting to heal up pretty well, now my ed is less severe

    I got an injury last year that did damage to L4,L5 lumbar and pinched the pelvis nerve causing ED (What I believe what happen).

    About 4 days ago I was able to deep tissue the massage the pinched nerve back in place and been able to walk with very little to no pain. During this week I haven't masterbated at all but I have been working out for the past 1-2 months.

    Before I got the nerve back in, it took a long time to get my erection up. With/out porn but today, I was just curious and tbh since I got the nerve back in place I been getting normal urges back. So I decided to you know pull a rocky movie and beat the meat lol. MY ERECTION SHOT UP QUICK! maybe like 20-30 secs to stand up as soon as I saw some breast getting sucked on. The erection didn't falter much either while I was doing the deed.

    Got the 1st nut out in less then 5 mins and the 2nd one in like 40 mins (had to work for the 2nd one.) I told you all this to asked 3-4 questions.

    1st question: during the 2nd nut, it felt great but I felt it pull energy from my shoulders and my chest. Which hasn't happen before the injury or during. Does anyone know a theory not why this happen?

    2nd question: even tho the erection shot up, it didn't say 100% it felt like a good 75-80 erected during the process of getting to the point of cumming. Is this sign that the ed is still in effect or would you consider this normal?

    3rd question: I had this back Injury for about almost 2 years and I babied it the 1st year and gain a good amount of weight. So I'm guessing that the reason for the size loss in my penis. Most of my life I been about a 6.5 and a 7 if I'm really excited. I was able to keep my penis hard enough to get a tape ruler and it 6 now at 80%. Also, the wide isn't as wide(it wasn't a lot wider before but it noticable). Is this another sign that the ed is still present or just because I wasn't using it for the past 2 years.

    4th question: should I start doing penis enlargement workouts now, since it seem like my ed is calming down?

    I hope I can find some answers here I'm here to learn from everyone!

        Both lack of eq and lack of use will cause loss of size.

          Back pain is never fun. This Pandemic just about ruined my back from over doing the heavy lifting at my job. After 7 trips to the chiropractor my back is beginning to heal. Gradually gaining my lower back strength. During my months long back and hip pain, my sexual urges took a big hit to the point where I was flat lining in the bedroom. Thankfully I have a very understanding partner! At 54 I was beginning to attribute my temporary ED issues to my age, which thankfully, it wasn't that. Things are functioning normally again!

          As your nerve ending heal and relax your full erections will return to normal. You're probably still tensing up from the pain you were experiencing. As long as you don't have any hidden health issues affecting your erections, you should be back to normal in no time.

                Sorry you had to go through that in the 1st place man. However, I have a similar story with the chiropractor readjusting my back after 7 or 8 times and that when I started to full my penis again and no longer was just limp. Will I start getting my morning wood back as well or do I have to exercise the pelvic floor and penis to get that that back?

                Normally I would just jump into working out but I keep reading people comments on penis Injuries on here so I'm cautious now. also, I'm 27. Idk if that help or not, just see people state their age on here when they need help

                  Just to make sure eq is erection quality right? There a lot of terms use within this forums that I have no knowledge of it.

                    Start to regain strength both general and pelvic floor/penis with the help of a physio etc . Take medical advice re timing of retrain the general advice should be applicable tp pelvic floor /penis . Or a physio who also does pelvic floor?

                      Its been a rough few months, but little by little the strength is returning to my lower back. I can pick up 5 gallon buckets full of paint without feeling like my back will implode.

                      Once most of my pain disappeared my morning wood came back with a vengeance the very next day! As for starting up your PE again, I think you're the one who can answer that question. If you're still feeling discomfort in the pelvis then I would hold off on working on your pelvic floor muscles.

                      For my pain and inflammation, the chiropractor recommended putting ice on it. That helped me. Plus he told me to walk 10,000 steps a day, which I do most days anyway. That wasn't anything new for me to hear....

                      Hope you start feeling better soon! You have age working in your favor at age 27. I'm 54. I don't bounce back as quickly as I once did...LOL
