    Hey guys,


    I've posted before about a year back with my ED & PE struggles, but have since gotten back together with my ex and while doing so, strayed away from fixing my issues due to the temporary fix Cialis 5mg provided. Recently the GF and I have not been able to have sex, and i don't know why i allowed myself to ignore this problem by accepting the pill for this long and not addressing the underlying issues. This may be fairly long, but i truly appreciate anyone who takes the time to read and respond if they feel like they have anything to contribute to helping me achieve better EQ, fix my ED issues, or work on lasting longer.


    I've been struggling with ED and PE for as long as I can remember. I noticed in late high school my morning woods became less and less frequent, and eventually faded to not being able to achieve them at all. I do not believe i get nocturnal erections either as i never wake up randomly with them. I was a bit of a late bloomer, and did not have my first sexual experience until my mid 20s so i didn't really put two and two together until multiple failed attempts. I am 30 now and the the lack morning wood, of libido and urge is soul crushing. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get a hard-on by myself without looking at porn, and even looking at porn i would say my EQ might be a 4 or 5. Being intimate with my girlfriend will give me just as weak of an EQ, and is not sufficient for PIV sex unless i am taking the pill which I've heavily relied on for the past 4 years.


    During the past year i initially tried a heavy aerobic workout plan for a month and a half which i did not follow through with along with shockwave therapy, which I've received at a men's health clinic and noticed no improvements from the multiple sessions I've had. My urologist has ruled out venous leak before when they injected something in me to achieve a hard-on, and monitored bloodflow. He did however note a birth defect that was never addressed while i was an infant called Chordee without Hypospadias. I currently have a 45 degree curve down, which he said could potentially be a cause for my poor EQ but mentioned the surgery would primarily strengthen the penis but would have no guarantee on improvements of bloodflow. If i thought that this surgery would fix the bloodflow issue, i would have gotten this done years ago already but the fact that I don't have morning wood or cannot achieve random erections EVER throughout the day is extremely worrisome.


    I never thought of myself as a porn addict, but I guess I did watch a lot of it growing up and now when i watch it just doesn't do much for me. It gets me semi aroused but I could have a webcam show up in the background and see it and its like I'm viewing a commercial. I hate this feeling and I need to do whatever it takes to fix it. I just started working out again a few weeks ago, mostly anaerobic and have cut porn and masturbation as of a few days ago. As far as morning wood goes, I am planning to do the stamp test this week to verify if i receive nocturnal erections or not since i never notice them in the morning. If i fail this test what can i even do about physical ED if that ends up being the case? I live a mostly sedentary lifestyle, but am fairly fit and not overweight. Could sitting all day be a contributing factor?


    I am currently combing through the forums, but there is so much information and I am not sure where i should start. Should I start with any specific kegel/rk routine? Minutemaids? Has anyone had success with changing their diet to improve their issues? Any specific stretching routine? Specific sleep position? I need help now more than ever, and im not sure where else to turn to. I think i am going to give it a solid 6 to 12 months before i lose all hope, and schedule the surgery and pray that it also fixes the issues I've outlined above. ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

    Not sure if this is a cause for concern or not but I've also noticed that occasionally and I mean RARELY that i have to really push to get piss to come out and the stream is fairly weak. Related or irrelevant?

    I'm not saying this to be spiritual but I see a lot of guys doing everything but working on themselves/mind.

    You need to ask yourself if you're selling your soul in order to make someone else happy when perhaps time would be better spent taking a break from it all, removing yourself from 'sex' and urges.

    I was in a similar position, I pretty much had a secret monthly viagra subscription in order to please my then GF. This came at the expense of my own health because I knew I wasn't addressing the deeper problem.

    I honestly don't think you have anything to worry about and I also think the hardest thing you'll have to face in order to get the place you want to just changr the way you view sex.

    EQ when you're a lone isn't really a measure of anything the same for morning wood. Mine may be terrible but with a real partner EQ is where it needs to be.

    Forget about operations & drugs and just focus on being alone, no porn, no masturbation be a monk for several months, it doesn't make sense as it feels against our nature but this is the paradox of self-improvement in that you have to go through shit in order to improve.

    Every time you use a pill in order to avoid self work you're digging a deeper hole.


    Look at it like this, it seems like "sex/erection" is this huge gray could over your head and it always has been, maybe because you're a later bloomer (like me) and so you never had a positive experience so you're in a vicious circle.

      Thank you mightym8x for reading through everything and replying. I agree with a lot of what you've said. Its a vicious cycle, and I am working on looking at the bigger picture. When you say be a monk are you suggesting no orgasm at all, even sex with the GF?

          start doing the garland pose(or hindi squats as its called here) try to hold it for 3 minutes because in the beginning it will be really hard, the happy baby and the butterfly are good for pelvic floor stretching, legs spread up the wall gives a good stretch too, I suggest you google the poses and start doing them once a day because you sound like you have pelvic floor dysfunction, btw do belly breathing while doing the yoga poses I almost forgot and remember that this isnt an overnight fix, just because it worked in a day for somebody it doesnt mean it wont work for you if you invest more time into it

            It was easy for me as I didn't have a relationship but ultimately I feel guys like *us need a clean break from our distorted perceptions of intimacy and expectations. If I did have a partner I'd try to focus on more everything else than the orgasm or expectations of sex.

            As above, kegels are a great addition to any other work you decide to do along with some relaxing pelvic stretches (happy baby pose) for example.

            *By us I'm referring to guys who started on porn and had a changed perception of women/intmacy.

                I'm 39 years old now and my ED woes started around the same as you, at 33, and got worse and worse every year. From hindsight I think I was a fool for sparking the whole thing off by my own actions - because I started smoking since I was 18 years old. At 33 because of other problems I started drinking quite a bit, and from hindsight again I know now, that was primarily the cause why my erections started to become less responsive than usual. The truth is if I had stopped smoking and drinking none of the tragedy would have happened. At that time I found a new girlfriend and her unfaithfulness and my inferiority complex made me set foot on the wrong path of taking cialis and viagra, in an attempt to make her happy and try to keep her. It was after a few months of starting to take these ED drugs that one day I think I overdosed on cialis. The next morning the erection wouldn't go away. I had to masturbate to try to subside the erection. I was afraid its priaprism. But the doctor which I consulted said if there's no pain then it isn't priaprism. But now I think at some point the cialis/viagra must have damaged the nerves on my penis. Because gradually it started to feel numb, and this led on to a difficulty to ejaculate. Fast forward to 2018, again while trying to keep an unfaithful girlfriend I overdosed on viagra, I took around 10 to 15 100ml of viagra throughout one night in an attempt to get it to work. On the same day because of the overdose my eyes started to become extremely photophobic. This lasted for 2 weeks before it started to subside, but its only after around 3 months that my sight returned to almost normal.

                So the point is, my advice to you is that you have to stop taking the ED drugs. Like what has been said by many experts it doesn't solve the problem at its root, but only masks it. If you smoke, you better quit immediately. And quit drinking too, because drinking actually destroys testicular cells. Take natural supplements like ginkgo biloba and omega 3, those would really help.

                Now that I have given you my two cents, I hope someone can help me.
                I think I'm in serious trouble now. I think that episode of viagra overdose if it could damage my vision, its hardly surprising if it damaged my testicular cells and maybe even the pituitary gland. A few months after that episode my ejaculate volume dropped drastically by around 90%, and it hasn't returned to normal ever since. I tried quitting smoking at some point for two weeks and it seemed to improve my condition so I dismissed my problem as due to smoking, in fact just in order i could survive life without worrying. But now three years have passed and it doesn't seem like the problem would just go away by quitting smoking, so it suddenly dawned on me that its actually the viagra overdose. Now my ejaculate volume is quite scant, it fluctuates between 0.1ml to 0.5ml or maybe 0.8ml. The minimum normal is 0.8ml so it seems that i'm really done for now. So now I'm even starting to worry about infertility.

                I've done research on this and found that stem cell therapy, just as for many other ailments of health which traditional medicine just simply can only worsen but not cure at all, seems like my only hope now. I would also advise OP to explore this option because I read that it not only works for hypogonadism, oligospermia but of course also erectile dysfunction. I just want to know if any of you here have either researched about it, or better still done it, so could you please share. And also, could someone also verify whether you think it is indeed true that my viagra overdose would have killed much testicular cells causing my condition now? Or is it due to aging? Aging seems unlikely since it was such a drastic loss of ejaculate volume over such a short span of time. I have checked my hormonal levels, and there had been a time when my testosterone levels were really low. But even if it recovered, we all know that traditional medicine can never have any answers they will just dupe you to take life sucking medicines like viagra or TRT therapy which would always make things much worse. So please, someone, could you please share what you know, about stem cell therapy, and the effects of viagra overdose.

                  I posted the numbers in the initial post. Maybe i am mistaken and these were just test results? I know i seen an endo and he ran me through a ton of stuff. Anything specific i should be looking for while trying to get a copy of the results?

                  I agree that the pills only mask the underlying issue. With that being said, i dont ever smoke and never have and i very rarely if ever drink and really only did in college(8+) years ago. Interesting tidbit about stem cell therapy, and I've also looked into this but I don't think this is widely approved in the US unless im mistaken.

                    Op you did not include what the units were for the hormone test . So is it in tons or what .

                    Reading between the lines and making some assumptions on the units ,it appears the proportions on the hormones might be out of whack .
                    Now the problem that gives you is you need a high quality endo and they are rare .

                      My apologies! I got the numbers from a notepad I jotted down and unfortunately don't have the units on hand. I will start looking for some endos right away. On another note, I see the hans protocol mention no PE exercises other than the stamina portion. My question is based on my current EQ, no morning wood, etc is the 30/70 kegel to reverse kegel ratio the best to follow? I guess I just want to ensure that I am doing everything I can to help fix the issue while I wait for an endo. I do notice myself on occasion randomly ik but if I go to actually kegel I can barely hold one for more than a few seconds currently. What strength should I be holding these at? Should I even be doing kegels at all or just focus on rk and yoga/stretching noted in the protocol?

                        If you do weights with big lifts then your body will kegel as part of core stablisation .

                        If you feel you lack pf strength then kegels are ok just doo not try and increase too rapidly.
