Nerve damage is very unlikely . Pelvic spasm can get in the way of blood flow and nerve conduction.
Are you sure, as I stated that I injured myself after pulling my erect penis with full hand power for 4-5 minutes ?

Alright I understand your opinion. Is there any way to test nerves / tissues in the penis and surrounding area to see if it's all ok or we have not come yet upon this level of technology ? because I don't know the name of the test to find a doctor for thatt

            Thanks for your kind words!

In his case, a neurologist would be the specialist to diagnose nerve damage. He'll likely need to go through a general practitioner first.

Read almost all reddit threads on nerve damage, seems so neurologists don't really test for penis nerve damage. Or are there any ? if so... tell me or link me up

It is a very rare test and it is impossible to find neurologist who do this kind of tests on regular basis, so even if someone will do this test for you, you will not be sure that result is correct.
And what is more important, even if you have nerve damage and it will be confirmed by test, there is nothing that could be done with, the only thing that can heal damage nerves is time.

if even with manual stimulation you cant get fully hard you might have pelvic floor tension, when the muscles contract they dont allow blood to get into the penis so thats why its smaller when erect and soft

Reverse kegels, hindu squats and all yoga stretches did nothing. I can get full when I bend my knees. For somewhat anatomical reason ? but I don't know what is that anatomical reason ? ligament ? nerve ? muscle ?
