    Hello everybody,

    I have been PEing for many months now, been focusing mostly on length with some pumping, but now, as of 1st of December, i changed up my routine to 70% girth work as i have neglected those exercises (always did stretching and some hanging for like 2 months but didnt like compression hanger was cutting off blood too much so resumed manual).

    So i have started with slow deliberate jelqs and various types of squeezes. Trouble is, i cant maintain even a 50% engorgement for more than 30 seconds, getting 100% hard like in my teens is out of the question. My morning wood when it happens is at most 70% hard and completely floppy.

    Problem is that my sensitivity is very low. I can stimulate my glans and frenulum as much as i want, i just dont feel any arousal and couldnt make myself nut at all, no matter the technique. I can get up to 70% erect thpugh, but like I said, it goes down too quickly and the only way to do it is to use one hand as a clamp and the other as working hand.

    I dont know if this is a result of me having destroyed sensitivity through stretching...but i doubt it...i noticed having less and less sensitivity as i aged into my early 20s and libido dropped significantly nowadays is pretty much non-existent...but i guess its unreasonable to have libido of a teen as an adult.




    Sooo...my question is...are there any techniques to keep engorgement/erection level to be able to performg girth exercises?

    Would it be safe to get an initial erection, then clamp it as if you were to clamp to maintain engorgement, and do exercises (jelqs and squeezes) in 10 min sessions, which seems to be safe time interval for clamping?





    I will add this; just turning 24, healthy bodyweight, non smoking and non drinking, i exercise routinely and try to eat a balanced diet.

    I have never ever had sex or masturbated (as i viewed it as a waste of energy as i would always feel like total sh1t for few days after having a wet dream), also all around didnt have the drive (only had some wet dreams as a teen).
    Also during wet dreams, i have never ever seen myself ejaculate "white stuff", only clear fluid ever came out, led me to believe i have no semen lol.

    I dont watch porn, never did. I have 0 interest in it.

    But i did have rock hard erections as a teen, those that if you knock on them you can almost feel a sound as if you were knocking on wood (no pun intended xD). They would usually result from some sort of physical stimulation, some object sitting in my lap, bumpy car ride etc etc



    Unfortunately due to this situation edging is out of the question, which sucks, as it seems like an important exercise for EQ, which in my case is SEVERELY lacking.

    Forgot to add...my bpfsl is 9 inches, my bpel is 7.5 when i get the most erect i can get for a second or two before it goes down (but still completely floppy)

    Its a big difference, 1.5 inches, and therefore according to some theories i should be concentrating on smooth muscle and girth exercises, which is why i shifted heavily in favor of girth exercises.

      Sounds like you need a decon break. Negative PI's aren't good. Take a week or two off.

        Althouh I did take a week off from PE completely leading up to the 1st of december bwfore making this change to a routine from strictly stretching and it didnt seem to help.

        But i guess another week off will only be beneficial.




        Since i am already here, i have another question. Many say to completely to abstain from masturbation to keep libido and penike sensitivity, but since i have neither, should i perhaps try to masturbate like twice a week? I mean i dont have much to lose maybe it will have positive effects as far as libido and sensitivity go in my case.

        I mean i never ever masturbated, perhaps it had the opposite effect in my case, perhaps my brain said fuk it we dont need libido and penile sensitivity anyway so to hell with it

          Ok so i messed up. I tried to do some stamina work after jelqing today, and since i struggle so much in the lying position i tried to stimulate while standing. It made all the difference!

          For some weird reason i managed to actually start feeling sth, but i ONLY started feeling something after my head engorged, at that moment as if my nerves started firing, before the head got engorged i was basically numb.

          EQ is still not satisfactory, but i guess its due to mainly focusing on stretching in the past, girth during this max erection already seems a little better (improved EQ of course) than before.

          But like i said i messed up, i came to the PONR 5 times (this is insane was never able to get this far and I managed to hold off all 5 times, but on the 6th go I sprayed lol, of course it had to happen now when my parents are visiting, great.


          So important to note, it may be of help to those suffering from low sensitivity and low libido:

          A) I actually seem to be able to feel arousal in standing position much better than when lying down. Perhaps some nerves are firing harder due to muscles working?

          B) I only start feeling some real sensations after the head gets properly engorged, before that its pretty numb, and only then can I bring myseld to the PONR using my hand



          Like I said earlier, I think keeping this to max 2x a week may be beneficial for EQ. Of course no porn, i dont watch it, i didnt this time, and dont plan to, i barely even use imagination, as i have become so detached from the idea of having sex with a real girl (low libido and no interest for years).

            So my main situation is lack of hardness and rigidity. While in the past erections and morning wood were hard and pretty much unbendable, now even a full erection at PONR is almost completely bendable (i can bend it almost to 6 o clock it lacks rigidity), and i dont feel its as hard, its significantly softer.

            Is this an issue that is a result of focusing predominantly on stretching or...could there be sth else?

            I must say i never masturbated before last week, havent had a wet dream in, i reckon over a year or two, so its not because i am drained or sth like that.


            Its either a result of too much stretching and not enough girth work, or its an organic issue.

            Or could it be a situation of use it or lose it, as i havent used my d1ck for anything except urinating for few years (after i stopped getting randoms and frequent morning wood in my late teens). Perhaps the smooth muscle atrophied or sth?

            Does anybody have an idea on what it could be, why my erections are not rigid and hard anymore?





            I am tempted to try cialis one time just to see if i can achieve a hard erection through mechanical stimulation, i actually have some in the stash but didnt get to use it, think its still good to go.

                Exactly the same hardness as those i achieve through manual, mechanical stimulation.

                Perhaps even tiny bit softer than those i achieve near PONR.

                But they all suck so it leads me to believe it may be the hardcore strerching i have done in the past.
                I already did take a week off but it didnt help at all.

                Like i said its not just lack of hardness, its lsck of rigidity, i can bend it almost completely to 6 o clock.



                I hope its not permanent damage.

                I will try cialis one of these days, after i have my next week off completelt, to see if its better. I guess at that point i will know whether the damage is permanent or not.


                I remember reading about tgc theory and when you gain length the smooth muscle has issues completely preventing blood from flowing out as it is underdeveloped comparatively. I dont know its a possibility.

                    I want to share this may be of help.

                    So last night it was supposed to be just another girth workout but i like to achieve an erection beforehand and see for how long i can maintain.

                    Surprise! Light featherlike stroking got me really hard, like i havent been in YEARS. And I was able to maintain through mechanical stimulation.

                    Then i proceeded to do my normal jelqing session at 50-70% eq and guess what? It seemed like it was even easier to maintain hard erection then before jelqing through just mild mechanical stimulation. And like i said i wasnt hard like i havent been in years.

                    I managed to achieve an erection where my glans swelled like a mushroom and if i stood up my erection would point at 11 o clock ( if 9 o clock is straight out)! It was also only slightly bendable and not all the way like i complained in the previous post.

                    It still goes down quickly though and it needs constant stimulation but i did manage to hover around 90-95% eq for good 20 minutes maybe even 30 in one go.


                    So...what am i doing different? For the past 3 weeks i have started focusing on girth work and while it helped a little eq was still low and my biggest problem was lack of sensitivity and inability to feel arousal.

                    What made the biggest difference in my mind
                    is this supplement i started taking on monday. It is supposed to lower prolactin levels and contains l dopa, b6 and vitex agnus extract. Stuff is making me become interested in girls again lol ( started losing concentration while driving haha gotta watch the road) and makes me feel like i do have somewhat of a connection between my mind and penis.
                    I think l dopa does a lot because when i take it i will feel a bunch of "highs" throughout the day so it affects my dopamine levels. Makes it harder to fall asleep.

                    Still not 100% obviously where i want to be but i am substantially improving.

                    In hindsight i believe my issue is like 25% doing too much stretching and 75% hormonal i guess.

                    I also managed to get to 20cm bpel ( thats basically 8 inches its insane to me) and 18.5 nbpel, which is just 0.5cm shy of my mid term nbpel goal.

                    The most interesting thing is i was at no point near PONR even at that highest eq level where before i would be only 80% at PONR (i also ejaculated 3x last week and i havent in years no wet dreams nothing).
