So I did some heavy hanging 2.5 years ago and suffered an injury. Took 15 months of all PE and sex then decided to start up again once I healed and found a partner.
So 5 months ago I got the Penimaster Pro. Got all my gains back and then some. About one month ago I developed all the symptoms of hard flaccid. I also did too many kegels and my stretching was always downwards.
From what I read, this is a pelvic floor issue. Could the kegels and downward stretches just kill my pelvic floor? I stretched, reverse kegelled and rolled out my entire lower half which has somewhat remedied the issue. Erections are a tad better, the head of my penis fills and eq is improved. I am basically dedicating my entire days to loosening up my PF.
I would like to extend again as we are all addicted to the practice of PE to some extent. Would stretching straight up or near my bellybutton not tense up my pelvic floor? I clearly can’t go straight down as last time I did, the progress I made was lost.
Thanks for any advice.
