    I've been watching porn and masturbating to it heavily for many years. Sometimes 10 times a day. Currently unable to achieve and maintain an erection, when I have something close, I need constant strokes to keep it hard.

    Currently I'm going to research and start doing flacid kegel work and light erection kegel work. Maybe testosterone as well but I'm not sure about that.

    Any other advice?

      I would stop fapping till morning wood returns. You need a break and reboot. I would even remain cautious after MW returns. Heavy porn use is bad news. Reversible tho, if you're strong enough.

        Stay away from it. It literally rewires the brain. Kegel work is recommended with balance.

            Yeah man you just need to give the burrito a break. At least try for only 3 days a week and see if there is any improvement. With what you've been doing I'm not sure kegels will be enough.
