High progesteron and estradiol

Hi,I am new here.I am 23 and I have problems maintenaning erection during sex so I decided to check hormons.My results look like this, I will put normal range in brackets

Progesteron 0,705 ng/mL (0,050-0,149)
Estradiol. 41,80 pg/mL. (11,30- 43,20)
FSH. 2,31 mlU/mL. ( 1,50- 12,40)
LH. 4,70 mlU/mL. (1,70- 8,60)
AST 38 U/L ( <40 )
ALT 27 U/L ( <41 )
Total Testosteron 7,760 ng/mL (2,800-8,000)
Free Testosteron 14,17 pg/mL (1- 28,28)
SHBG 49,5 nmol/L ( 18,3-54,1)
DHEA-SO4 13,33 ( 5,73-13,40)

So my progesterone is really high.Does high progesteron can cause ED? Sorry for mistakes , English isn't my main language.
