I’m mid 60s and always had a good erection but this last few years have noticed a reduction in hardness and sustainability in it.
Even now if I manage a good erection and I look away etc it’s down again
Not good your agree.
My doctor is useless and says it’s down to my age - thanks doc!
I’ve tried Tadalafil etc and whilst helps a little I don’t want to go down that route if possible.
I have started to take L-Arginine and L-Ciruline compound at 4g per day. I’m also taking Panax Ginseng to try and help my situation.
Early days but how long does these supplements take to kick in?
Also what else do you advise on taking to help.
A little about myself is I do have high BP and taking Amlodipline for it.
I’m fit and walk 6-10 miles per day.
Or cycle when the weather is good.
Not overly over weight
So there it is and your further advice and tips will assist me.
