One bizarre phenomenon that has appeared to have happened derives from the fact that the PE I have done may have been actually too effective.
On my off days, I cannot really get much of an erection -- maybe about a 4ish EQ. This 4ish EQ erection, however, is thicker, with a base girth of about 5.25-5.375 in, than my 10EQ erection prior to PE, about 5.1-5.2 ( maybe 5.3 on a really good day ) in base girth, and the length close to being the same, 6.8 - 7.0 ish in. Moreover, the 4EQish erection does not feel full, nor exactly hard. I doubt that it is hard flaccid then.
When I use a pump with sufficient pressure, however, while not exactly erect, it definitely feels closer to what a hard erection would feel like, with a BEG closer to 5.75 in, sometimes near 6 in on a lucky day ( I haven't really taken a close measure of length, which is a secondary measure for me ).
What I suspect has occurred is that the corpora cavernosa have in fact really enlarged, but the blood vessels connected to them have either not sufficiently caught up to be able to amply supply the blood needed for the erection, thus requiring strong vacuum pressure from a pump, or they are damaged such that natural blood flow is substantially more difficult ( perhaps both ).
In any event, I'm not really sure what to do. Soundwave therapy applied to the penis to help with the blood vessels seems the most viable option.
