    My erections aren't as good as they used to be. I'm only 30 years old and when i masturbate, i get it up at about 80-90% only if I constantly stimulate. The moment i stop, it starts going down almost immediately. Same happens if I stimulate myself or if others do, no difference, same erection quality. So i don't think this is psychological.

    Also, more frustrating is the angle of erection is now at 3 o clock and it used to be at 1 o clock, and really strong as a teen.

    What can I do?

    I've tried some kegeling, pills and even viagra, nothing seems to affect it. Even once had a papaverine injection at a doctor's office and even then the quality of the erection wasn't any better.I was checked for blood flow in the area and it came back normal. Please help!

    i'm now trying tribulus and l'arginine. I enjoy sex a lot but it feels like i need to really stimulate a lot or else, it goes down. Also, i don't feel the penis is as engorged as it can be. Could be a nervous system issue, nitric acid?

    I have recently been having a similar issue.

    I have started taking tribulus (which I am going to take 5 days on/2 days off & take weeks off) Avena Sativa is a good thing to take alongside tribulus also.

    One dietary adjustment I have started to do is eating peanuts a couple of times per day - I have noticed an effect from this. Olive oil & canola oil are apparently good sources of the mono-saturated oils that boost testosterone as-well. Peanuts (ideally non salted) are best IMO.

    I am also returning to taking Zinc & copper. Exercise wise - very strenuous weight training at lower reps (5) is meant to be best, focusing on big compound movements. Cardio is obviously important too.

    Finally kegels.

      I have also noticed improvements from eating peanuts. I believe it is due to the high arginine content and low lysine content. It works better for me than L-arginine supplements. Almonds have a similar amino acid profile, so should work as well as peanuts. I also agree with avoiding salt.

          I had the same problem you do. The first thing I suggest you do is eliminate caffeine and porn from your life. Get the bathmate, it takes blood in you penis to places it's never been. It will give you a huge increase in sensation and that leads to huge erections. Read what I wrote about caffein.

            Thanks for the comments guys.

            I started with magnesium a few weeks ago and also started doing towel raises for better erection angle. I think i *may* have started seeing a difference. Also heard the bathmate is really good for this.

            The bathmate is tricky though,you see, when arteries are narrower, it means they're narrower everywhere, including heart, capillaries, etc. Treating the issue at the penis level won't really help and my health will still be compromised, so that still concerns me.

              I got my eleven o'clock woodies back by jelqing and kegeling non-stop for one month. I was also swimming a mile a day at the time. Supplements and diet help, but there is nothing like the good old jelq and kegel for getting those rock hard erections back.

                      Hi DuoTrio,

                      I am in the same boat as you, 29 and need constant stimulation to keep it up. It goes down in 10-20 seconds w/o stimulation. Even on cialis, it lasts only about a minute.
                      I went to the urologist today and he injected me with papaverine and it did hardly anything. He did a second injection and still was only about 30-40% erect and after
                      10 minutes, it went to completely flaccid.

                      I have to go back to do a doppler ultrasound to check inflow/outflow. Is this the test you had? The doctor I went to is a well-known urologist in SF and
                      he said that my case is extremely rare. Only about 5-10 people per year are like this. I am a little discouraged and it seems my problem could be
                      pretty serious.

                      I have been ballooning, kegeling, using the 5Gs, fish oil/vitamins, cut out porn/caffeine/alcohol, ejaculate only once a week. I have noticed that my erections
                      are very strong and that I can usually get 100% erect but need constant stimulation.

                      Please post back if you find out the cause of your problems or a treatment for it.

                        You can try Magnesium supplements, it have unbeliveablut effect of healing.

                          I think without sexual intercourse, most men need some manual stimulation to get and keep an erection when they hit their late twenties and early thirties--some earlier, some later. I would not try to produce spontaneous erections like those you got when you were somewhat younger. That is not realistic. I know there are many exceptions, and some guys get woodies morning, noon, and night well into their twenties and thirties. I have a gut feeling they are the exception to the rule. Please correct me if you disagree.

                          However, there is no reason why you can't, through a solid jelqing, kegeling, and clamping routine, learn to kegel your erect penis several degrees higher than it normally is at this stage in your life. Let me explain myself a bit more. I can get a good woody going and reach 90 degrees/ten o'clock with no problem now. That's where I was when I started to practice p.e. But I can kegel this kind of woody to eleven o'clock. I love to kegel away and watch my cock bounce up to that level.

                            I hope this is helpful, DuoTrio. You also mentioned in your initial post that you had done "some" kegeling. I think you should make kegeling a huge part of your routine.

                              hey G4 - what is your kegelig routine? How often a day? How many reps? How long do you hold the kegel?

                              You've also mentioned jelqing and I read in your log that you went on a 'jelqing binge' a while back and that was the central theme of your PE routine. Do you still jelq at that level?
