When I first started the 90 day routine, I had ED to an extent. It was on and off, even with the wife. About 30 days in i started getting morning wood again. About 45 days or halfway through, I would get random pop-ups. At 60 days, I was feeling normal again.
These are the things I think really helped:
1) A rice sock. Heat is AMAZING for blood flow.
2) The exercises. It was like a massage to the penis. More blood flow.
3) Gains made me more confident.
4) 3g of l-arganine daily
5) I gave up porn and daily masturbation. (I experienced desensitation big time.)
6) Kegels
There is no instant fix. It took a while to get into the hole you're in, it will take a while to get out. You do have to get it off your mind though.
