As sister of my flatmate had just sex in the next room I felt really bad because I missed to make a girl moan and scream my name.
Actually I went to a urologist April 2010 because I had no morning erections for a long time, I thought it might be indicator of something but he said it is nothing and prescribed me nothing. So I thought porn may have something to do but never wanted to believe because I was an addict. But now I know what I was and trying to quit. It is difficult actually and as you lack confidence you want to check yourself with porn or with hook-ups. So far for B-J I still have a %70 erection but not enough for penetration. And the think is not erection quality only but time. I can get morning woods thanks to deleting all the porn and installing a software that block adult websites. But I continued to hook ups even without hard erections and MB. To see any improvement I checked porn and I end up with MB.
But now I feel confident to go clean at least 90 days. It is difficult because I still fancy some girls in the street so I guess I have no problem with my libido, but definitely I have problems with ED. For last 5 months I hoped an improvement. thanks to god and amazing advises here I saw some improvement but it was unnoticeable. I want to penetrate not fool around. So tomorrow morning Ill go to hospital to have an appointment with my GP. To be honest I said I waited for 5 months but my longest abstinence was 12 days.
So when Ill see my GP I tell her these following things I still hope some of you can still give me an advice because for a 22 year old guy this is difficult to overcome.
-I produce precum a lot, my partners always recognised it but I thought it was normal
-I lost my morning wood earlier this year maybe even before, and lost ability to penetrate this summer where because of my graduation I had plenty of time to spend time on porn.
-I broke up with my girlfriend the day after my graduation I still have feeling to her I cant deny it
-I had another gf which I failed to perform
-I went to gym regularly and I was on a low fat diet
-I never use salt and sugar but I eat chocolate
-My grandfather died at mid 60s because of diabetes
-My father and his parents have hypertension
-No smoking and occasional drinking
-I dont drink water but I eat fruits and drink juice-but also drink tea and dark coffee
As far as I remember these are the things its in my mind. Do you guys think I might skip something that is common among ED sufferers.
