    Ok so i've been having PE and ED problems lately i kegel regularly i have been doing them since 19 im 22 currently, almost a year ago i wasn't having any of these problems at all i was actually very multi-orgasmic but now after 15 good minutes of sex i'm ready 2 blow n i can't get back up anymore what am i doing wrong do kegels stop working with age or something? it's very depressing when u orgasm b4 your woman n can't get back hard 2 satisfy her i'm not used 2 this help plz!!!!

    Can you just correct you sentencing a bit so I can really understand what you wrote? Just try the edit button and just make it a bit more readable.

      I agree with Cusp in that your post is a bit hard to read - I eventually caught on when I went into 'text mode.' Try to use standard sentence structure since everyone here may not have their Text-pedia handy

      As far as your question, I don't think it's a function of kegels or anything like that. Changes like that, especially for someone your age, can often be attributed to lifestyle. Do you drink heavily? Smoke? Are you in good shape? What's your diet like? Any health changes you can think of that coincide with your diminished performance?

        nothing really i recently gained weight, i work out regularly mostly just arms not 2 much cardio, it's just frustrating going from a Stud to not even a handful as soon as i'm in i get the urge to ejaculate, in the past ejaculation wouldn't scare me as bad because i knew i would stay erect for the most part, i don't really eat as much as i used 2 other than that my diets the same

          Try cranking up the cardio. Good cardio system is indicative of good bloodflow; good bloodflow means longer, stronger erections. The weight could be a concern if it's too much for your frame - weight gain not monitired can lead to elevated blood pressure, which can hurt EQ big-time.

              You have been doing a kegel workout for some time ,have you included reverse kegels within that?

                no sir i haven't been doing reverse kegels, i love the flutterkegels that's about all around 500 or more a day, recently they have been making me ejaculate faster though.

                    Wow thanks that helped me a lot!!!! About a year ago just normal kegels had me going for 4 hours or more easily now i guess i need a little more.
